「We visited Schloss Neuschwanstein during the day, and stayed in the hotel. It's very nice , cosy and clean in the room. Good beer and desert in the restaurant. Had a wonderful and relax time during the stay. Highly recommended if you drive while visiting Schloss Neuschwanstein.」

「這是一間非常好的酒店 無論她的位置或是景觀 Spa有漂亮的景色 而且有一個很好的泳池 前臺的伯伯英文非常好 而且會教你行那條路線去天鵝堡和去其他地方 餐廳員工也非常熱情 友善 我們只住了二晚 感覺很可惜 有機會我們在冬天會再入住這間酒店」

「We had a clean room with enough space. The staff was very helpful and in the morning a good and perfect breakfast buffet with a lot choices. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Free parking in front of the room for hotel guests.」

「装修浪漫，温馨，无论是酒店还是房间，到处是鲜花，窗外景色很美。老式的装潢，可爱极了。可以免费停车。餐厅的装修、音乐及食物均不错，就是免费早餐稍差，可能是我们去晚了，很多东西都冷了。服务很好，所有工作人员都很友好。美好的回忆，还会再去。」
