Great short-stay accommodation

Ideally suited to our purpose - attending a function on Waiheke. We received a very warm welcome from Jilly. The accommodation was in impeccable condition and quiet, private and very comfortable. It was also very close to good cafes.

Perfect spot

Wonderful little private room in a gorgeous garden on a beautiful island. What more could you need?? Jilly was a terrific host who welcomed us and gave us great recommendations. Would suggest this location to everyone!

The property was perfect for our needs. Jilly the owner is a perfect host - we had two nights here attending a friend's wedding. We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oneroa which we did on three occasions. We took the bus from the Ferry Terminal which dropped us right at the door. Unit is fully equipped - highly recommended.

Terrific private and independent unit with no shared walls located at the backyard of a house. It is a about a 15 minute walk to the village centre but the nearest bus stop is right outside.

Great room for an overnight stay

he room was big enough for both of us and the bed was comfortable. A minor downside was there wasn't sink in the kitchen so we had to rinse dishes in the bathroom. But the host was super helpful and friendly and I'd definitely stay at this place again if I'm in Waiheke overnight.

Little Gem.

Convenient location, warm and cosy on the cold and wet New Zealand nights. Clean and well maintained and the owner was lovely and helpful. We want to go back soon.

We had a lovely stay in this conveniently located and cozy property! The owner was really helpful and friendly and the property (situated approximately 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and shops), provided all the comforts that we needed! Would happily stay here again!

The room was comfortable and very clean. Jilly is a fantastic host who is full of information about the island. The property is close to shops, take-away outlets and buses. Good value for money.

Perfect stay to begin our NZ adventure

The Courtyard was very comfortable, clean and very quiet. We arrived in the early morning from the US and made our way over here from Auckland via the ferry after walking around and going up in the Sky Tower. The weather was amazing. Visited the village of Oneroa and shopped, had drinks and spent time on the beaches (both Little Oneroa and plan to go to the larger one today). We walked every where but will probably utilize the bus today to cover more territory. Lots to do here and wish we had more time. So glad a friend recommended to come here since we are not city people. Wonderful experience!!

Perfect stay in Waiheke

Jilly was a wonderful host- very welcoming and full of recommendations. The room was cozy, clean, and quiet. It was convenient to everything- the beach, town & restaurants, the hiking trail. The weather was lousy, but this was a highlight of our NZ trip. We wish we had stayed longer, hope to return.
