Clean, comfortable, and convenient location, but the traffic noise in street side rooms is terrible. Have previously stayed in a room on the car park side which was fine, but I wouldn’t be able to stay in one of the front rooms again - the traffic noises were loud and constant throughout the night, even on a Sunday night.

Service was good. Polite, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean but the facility needs new windows to help with the noise and draughts. I think the website distorts the truth around the size of the room and we believed you were a hotel. Nevermind you had parking which is a plus. Thankyou

Very convenient

Great for a two night stay. Easy to get to off motorway and easy to get back onto motorway from. Reasonably easy walking distance to the shopping mall and bars/cafes. Good parking available. Room was clean. Very happy and would stay again.

We've stayed here before and like its location at the end of Broadway in Newmarket, very handy. Comfortable rooms and pleasant staff. (Paid) off-street parking and lots of buses pass by. Short walk to the Westfield Newmarket Mall.

Great place to stay overnight. Access is only one entrance and is easily missed late at night. Very clean room. The air conditioning was set too high at 25 °c, so I kept it off, which was fine. The beds were very comfortable and immaculately made. One suggestion for management is to purchase a valance to put on the bed bases to cover them up. This makes for a better-presented bed. Parking was reasonably priced. Good stay.
