The bed was one of the more comfortable ones I received on my trip. The staff members are extremely helpful and kind. It is a hard area for tourists as it’s mainly an industrial area but overall really enjoyed the stay

Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable but the rest of the room was dirty, falling apart with holes and stains in carpet. Website and Expedia states it was renovated in 2017 but staff stated that was only some of them as they ran out of money. Was looking forward to the spa but decided not to use it as the water looked dirty with floaties in it. Tried to contact expedia to arrange other accommodation but AI bot just made the whole experience worse.

The pictures on the website definitely need updating by about 30 years. Staff smoking outside our rooms didn’t start off our stay too well. Room 826 was very noisy as the door to entrance, bar/ pool slammed so much the whole room shuddered. This carried on to at least all night till 5am and mostly by staff who seemed to live on site. We rang reception and they apologised and moved the smokers away from room window. We had no milk and no hairdryer which we asked for and they brought to us. Saturday night had a 21st birthday celebration in the room directly next to our rooms followed by some sort of conference that was still going after midnight with about 25 Chinese students all making a whole bunch of noise then about 01.00 they went the their rooms yes through the door next to our rooms. Cockroach’s were found on day one and more found in both mornings of our stay. Once again reported to reception on our check out this morning He apologised and said the owners know about the room problem with noise, and are not prepared to upgrade. Towels had holes, staff did not know how to pour a vodka and soda water and had to find others to help. Very disappointing hotel in fact it should not be described as a hotel at all more of a backpackers place and that is probably doing the backpackers a disservice. Overall this place is not in a fit state to host members of the public and i respectfully suggest you send a representative to stay and then remove it from your system.
Bathroom is in bad condition, although shower was nice.
Holes in towels, that we had to ask for on day 2 of stay.
Only one bedside and no extra bedding, although bed was comfy.
All the crockery and utensils in the room.

The rooms were a bit tired and could do with some maintenance but they were clean and more than adequate for our stay. Staff were friendly and the pool area was lovely. The bar had a good choice of beverages at very reasonable prices. Would recommend this hotel to others

This place is far FAR from a 4 star hotel. The staff is amazing, the rest is not. Bathroom has and smells of mold. The king size bed is 2 smaller beds pushed together like a cruise ship. You can hear everything in your room, doors slamming, people talking in the halls etc. This hotel is 2.5 - 3 stars. I have no idea why Expedia has this at 4 stars. There is a small room with casino slots which was a plus 😎
