I will never stay here again! I did not read the reviews; all I saw was Red Lion Hotel & Suites and never had any issue with any other hotels. No one was at the front desk when I arrived nor when I tried to check out. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall; the toilet seat didn't even fit correctly nor was it the right size. The carpet was stained, the 2nd night we went back to our room our keys didn't work and we had to go back to the front desk. I called the front desk several time the first night with a question and no one answered the phone; I went downstairs and 'hit the bell' they had on the desk top and no one came. The ONLY good thing about our room was the large TV!

Air Conditioning did NOT work in our room - they did NOTHING to fix it. Breakfast ok, location ok - general cleanliness very pedestrian and basic - not ugly, but just baseline

This location is within waking distance to fast food, and is close to a quality grocery store and the freeway ramp. It's adjacent to Auburn and is set back from a busy street.
The staff is friendly and chatted with us when we checked in. We were able to check in early which was a bonus. The rooms include a small refrigerator and a microwave. They serve a hot breakfast, we did not eat there but we saw several families enjoying it.
The property is older, the outdoor pool is not heated and the spa jets did not work properly.

The outlets in our room didn't work except for one by the desk. The treadmill wasn't working, and as a runner that was one of the draws to the INN.
The staff was great except one morning two of the employees were having an argument outside my room.
I have stayed at this hotel many times and it's always a good place for a great price. The staff are very helpful, the bed is very comfortable and is simply convenient all the way around with easy freeway access, stores and restaurants nearby and many other positives.
Probably the building is old but rooms are neat and clean. Considering the price, this is a good hotel to stay. I stayed for skiing with my two kids. I didn't eat their breakfast because they start serving at 7am and we left the girl before 7am.
Bed sheets were clean and bed was comfortable but room was dirty.

It is close to the freeway that's a plus. The room had a refrigerator and I was happy that I didn't have to use a bunch of ice to keep some things cool. However, that thing hissed and groaned and ran all night long. I was at the front desk on another matter and overheard the clerk behind the desk tell another guest that they would have to put up with an electrical problem in their room by saying "I am not an electrician". There were some splatters of food or something on the wall of the room. And to be quite honest, there was better toilet paper in the public rest area on I-5 than in my room.

Bed really comfy. TV lovely and big. Had an enjoyable time.
Comfortable room, wi-fi, good breakfast.
Couple of maintenance issues: shower turn-on valve was VERY sticky. Practically had to yank it out of the wall to turn the water on. Noisy fan in the A/C unit.

I’ve stayed here a few times but every time we stay here they give us a room that isn’t ready or something is wrong with it. Staff is nice but be prepared for a little inconvenience with the room issues. It is quiet. Don’t plan on your room being cleaned either, we were there for 3 days and they never made our room up.

Stay was ok but toilet was loose and sink was cloged. The dinning area the toaster did not work did not toast.
No towels in room, large cracks in bath tub, missing sink drain stopper, hvac temperature setting was very inaccurate, toaster at breakfast was broken, side exterior door did not latch (safety issue)

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. I would rate this higher except for one thing: we had zero room service. We we there 4 nights and never got room service. The third day we evev went to the front desk and asked for it. They said sure, but they never came. Other than that it was a good stay.
Very clean room . Comfortable bed. Quiet. Great breakfast with so much to choose from. Best deal around . I would definitely recommend this place and come back again .
You sold our room out from under us because i80 got shut down over night!!!!! We need our money back and to make this right NOW!!!!

We rented two rooms. The heater DID not work in either room. In addition there we no additional blankets. It was in the low 30’s outside.

This place is rundown, loud, the bathroom was…special, the fan and heater were loud and it smelled like it used to be a smoking room. We barely slept.
