"We had an amazing stay in Belgium. Daniellle our host was sweet and welcoming. We stayed in the Gite Atelier and it felt as if we were at home. We travelled from the U.K. to the property, which is located centrally and the property is close to the airport near Charleroi which made it easy to collect my parents from. The farm was magical, which made our Christmas memorable. The Gite are self catered which means you do have to bring everything from towels to groceries you require, but this only...

"The farmhouse was absolutely lovely, in a beautiful peaceful woodland setting with a lake close by and views looking out over farmland. "Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!! Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful and are striving to get my refund. "
