The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The menu was very good value and the food was exceptionally good. There were renovations being undertaken while we were there but the builders had left everything tidy. We will definitely come again.

The room was spacious, quiet and warm. The dinner was really special. Limited menu but everything was superb as was the service and especially the dinning area. The breakfast was also very good.

Great small historic hotel with wonderful service

The Auberge de l’Abbatiale is a wonderful small family run hotel with excellent accommodation in a historic and very interesting building. Very friendly owner and staff. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Thoroughly recommended as a stop off point while travelling through France as it is located in a picturesque historic village fairly close to an exit on the A31 (13 km away). Half way between Calais and the south of France.

We spent a very comfortable night in this beautiful old property, that is full of history and charm. The dinner was excellent as was the bottle of local wine. The town looked charming although we had very little time to explore. Hopefully we will be back.

What an amazing place!

Step back in time with today’s comforts. What a wonderful stay. The owners have put a lot of effort and love into the renovations of this property. The service was personal and considerate. We also had dinner here which was excellent. I think we will look to come back here again in the future

Part of an old abbey, very tastefully restored. It was warm and comfortable even though we were there in December. Very welcoming with a real fire in the dining room. Will certainly try to return.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, der Empfang sehr freundlich, die Zimmer und der Eßraum sind mittelalterlich mit viel Atmosphäre. Abendessen und Frühstück sind unkonventionell und haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Ganze ist nicht mit normalen Maßstäben zu messen. Auch unser Hund war kein Problem, das Hotel und die direkte Umgebung sind sehr hundefreundlich.
