"The room was clean, as well as the property and pool area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect! Nothing fancy..but it was hot, fully stocked and delicious! The air conditioner in the room also worked well, which we greatly appreciated. It was about a 20min, easy, walk to Disneyland and with and all the amenities it was perfect! Great price as well. 10/10 recommended!"

"I reserved the hotel for my family. They arrived early at the Hyatt with the intention of leaving the car so that they could attend Disneyland. They were informed at the Hyatt that they needed my California driver’s license for the reservation. Even though they had the reservation itinerary. After some hassle, they were able to park the car and go to Disneyland. When the family returned later that evening, the two queen size beds that were reserved on Hotels.com was no longer available. Instead, the Hyatt offered a king size bed with a couch 🛋️ bed 🛏️. Pretty simple what happened, since my wife did not check in at 4:00 pm, they gave our reservation to someone else. However, they did offer a breakfast voucher for overpriced food. Fortunately, my wife did not fall for the scam."
