「Check in was extremely slow, we got to our suite to find no bedding for the sleeper couch. Spoke to reception twice and was told to pick it up at reception as we were going out. We got back to be rudely told that it wasn't kept there and to call when we got back in our room! Called twice, the young lady was very pleasant this time, we told her we had our door propped open. The guy didn't even announce himself and literally threw the bag on the floor. Glad we were only there for one night.」

「Arrived in the evening to find two men arguing near the pool, almost ready to fight. Two other men were relieving themselves next to the BBQ in front of our unit. At 2:30 in the morning another group were outside of our room si going. The walls are incredibly thin. The room above use had children running and playing ball for three straight days. Guest Services actually said the couldn’t do anything. Place is not well managed. Would never recommend to anyone.」

「The room is old, dirty and rusty. There were no towels available and the elevator stopped working at one point. The only positive about this hotel is the location and the attached beach bar.」
