"The hotel common areas and the room itself was excellently furnished, fostering an immaculate environment. But what truly set this property apart from thousands of other beautifully decorated hotels was the immaculate service. Crystal, David, Love, and Jocelyn went absolutely above and beyond to ascertain the first-rate quality of my stay. The kind of service this team provides cannot be replicated or faked. A stunning property with genuine staff who are devoted to your best interest. I was initially attracted to the decor, but I left wholly, thoroughly satisfied and impressed with the front desk team. In fact, the interior ended up just being a nice cherry on top. Definitely book your here, it is right on the boardwalk as well."

"Staff provided no support in locating services and received vague instructions. The rooms view was wonderful but some of the overhead lights were missing bulbs, the shower doors were on incorrectly, and it was not clean. "

"Room was clean, except for a stray hair in the sink. Room is well-kept, but the decor is original 1970s. Window curtains were ripped, probably due to fabric breakdown due to age. This is all in the Dennis Tower, which is original, and could really use a major makeover. Restaurants on the 6th floor are much better as far as variety of food, quality of service, etc., vs. trying to eat on the 2nd floor."

"Would not recommend, we stayed two nights. There were ants in our room, mostly centered in the bathroom. We asked the front desk to spray for them or take care of it. Our second night they were still there and they said that the front desk must have forgot. The rooms was dirty when we arrived, full potato chips on the ground. We had to clean the room ourselves to feel comfortable taking our shoes off."

"FIRST: I am not a gambler. I was there to be close to a venue and a concert. This place is AMAZING. Clean, organized, professional, and full of the right options. You would not believe the blown glass chandeliers, the artwork, and little touches. The valet parking is excellent. For $15.00, you have in and out privileges for the length of your stay. For $40.00, you are GUARANTEED early check-in at 12 noon. Checkin: Bell hop service at your car to room luggage delivery (I tipped) was under 15 minutes. There is express, video and phone checkout. We chose to eat elsewhere, so I cannot review food service. I give this place a 10/10."

"The staff were very helpful. The room I had was very old and dirty. There were carpet stains, brown mildew on the one bathroom wall and the shower drain was building up with soap scum. "
