"Recommend only staying here if they comp your room. We stayed in the Dennis Tower, and the room looked dated. Neither of the bedside lamps worked, and the vents were covered in black dust. The wallpaper was also peeling. The casino itself is fine, though some of the dealers can be rude - we encountered several who would not let us put down money until they had shuffled the cards. What's the difference? If you do stay at this hotel, try to get a room in the actual Balley's Tower. Somehow the smoking rooms in that part of the complex are nicer and more modern than those in the non-smoking Dennis Tower rooms. "
