Expensive for a bare bones room. There was no safety deadbolt. There was no alarm clock, coffee pot or hair dryer. Room was freshly remodeled and smelled fine. Water was hot and clean. The cheapest mattress on earth was wrapped in plastic so no bed bugs but every time you moved you woke up. One very thin sheet that upon arrival we found two hairs. No extra blanket or way to adjust the heat however heat was nice on a 20 degree night. Cost high for bare bones.

This place is not for families at all!!! There were some suspicious activites going on. Thankfully our children did not notice anything at all and missed crazy things going on. I was not happy with the manger and talked to rudely and not like a customer at all!

Room was very clean & nicely updated. Motel was centrally located & staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again. Very good value for the money.

Pleasant stay
Use to stay in the past before renovation and was pleased with the changes that were made. Love the changes to the floors and the bathroom. John and Destiny were very helpful and accommodating. The only suggestion that I have is to put a mirror in the bedroom so you can do your make-up out there if someone is using the restroom. I would recommend staying here was a pleasant stay.

Excellent customer service
During my stay at budget I met the manager and one of the employees there and to my surprize the met me with open arms with plenty of information about the best places to go and shop and also eat.they also they also showed a lot of concern about me being comfort in my room and if I neede anything don't be afraid ,so as a whole I was completly satisfied with my stay and will be returning next year when I come back to king pin bowlng Lanes where I bowled in their tounamet, Thanks again Eugene Cotton

Everything was great! My only issue was a lack of outlets. There was just one accessible in the room, none in the bathroom at all. Otherwise, it was clean and would stay here again.

The owners checked us in and they could not have been more accommodating. This is an IDEAL shore point base at a reasonable price for sleep, shower and relaxation. Would stay here again!

WiFi does not work. Shows two bars but couldn’t even load a google page for a week. Had to go to Starbucks to use internet. Not even able to hotspot from my phone because only one bar service at motel. Bed was so loud because of the plastic covering the mattress. Like sleeping on potato chip bags. No fitted sheet only two flat sheets and a mattress protector. Staff was friendly so that was the only thing that made our week long stay tolerable. Motel is undergoing renovations so hope it improves, but I’m not willing to stay there again due to the annoying bed and no internet.

The budget stay
The hotel was ok. Ok for a one night stay over. There was no closet and the bar they had to hang clothes, did have hangers. Bed was hard. No outlet in the bathroom. Manager was nice.

Put fitted sheets in the bed Properly clean the toilet Hang the curtains Properly When someone doesn't stay the nighr in which they paid for. Be concerned..ask why. We never paid for a room in which we didn't stay...we were tired after a long day and week. Attended a wedding in the area...and opted to travel home as we knew we couldn't sleep well in this room

What you'd expect just worse. I knew what to expect but to not have under the bed vacuumed ever, no shower curtain, stained sheets and even worse mattress, reeking of smoke even though at checkin they told me not to smoke, asthma within 5 minutes from bad air and many other things I don't feel like typing but Ive never stayed at a fleabag since I was 19 but this is my fault. Buck up another $50 for somewhere else, you won't hate yourself all night like I did. If I had a carton of marlboros and some illicit drugs Id have maybe been ok.

Room was supposed to be nonsmokung but smelled like smoke. The pictures used are old from when the room was in good condition. There were holes punched in the walls and dirty stained walls that need repainted. Tv doesnt work. Water damage on bathroom walls. Mildew in the shower and all over the shower curtain. There is only a doorknob lock on the door, no deadbolt. Not worth the $113 we paid for a nite.

I called the property and was told they did not have my reservation and was told to call Expedia. Called Expedia and was placed on hold and never heard back. Ended up having to crash my sister’s and her husband’s room, and now I’m being charged. I will be disputing this. Never again

Stay away!!!
The room was the most disgusting place I ever stayed in! There was blood on the walls the floor wasn’t vacuum it was musky overall it was really nasty! He tried to give me a different room and it was worse than the first one that I was in never again! I ended up booking a different hotel because he refused to give me a refund!!

I had previously stayed at this hotel with no problema but this time around i found the room had roaches and a bed bug. The person at the dront deak was very courteous and friendly, although because of the roach/bed bug issue i wont return back to this property.

New owners.....ugh.
New owners. The last owners were great. I arrived late - around 11PM - the way I have for several years on business trips. The guy told ne he has no reservation for me. I showed him my confirmation but he still said no! Wow, I asked him if he had a vacancy. He did and charged me five bucks more than my original reservation. Not very good business at all. Just canceled my upcoming two day reservation.

No light or shelf in shower. Broken towel rack in bathroom. No base or boxspring for bed- just a wooden box with mattress on top. No fitted sheet or blanket on bed. Just two flat sheets and a duvet cover. You get what you pay for.

I would give it a 0!!
I was very disappointed in this room. There was NO light in the bathroom. The room was stifling hot when we entered. There was a half a roll of toilet paper left on the sink. The microwave was gross.
