硬體環境雖老舊但還有一定水準

房間比較老舊一些,但空間很大設施完整,地點方便.周末深夜外面警車等聲音較吵鬧,因窗戶隔音較差會被影響,但平日晚上則不會. 飯店早餐不若丹佛市區的駐橋套房公寓飯店有提供變化,房務人員打掃時較為粗心,沐浴乳沒了也沒發現並補充.

Waited 2 hours after check in time for a room. Room was dirty and bed sheets and blanket looked to have been used/dirty. Only a half of a roll of toilet paper was in the room for a 3 night stay. Maid service and front desk lines remained off the hook.

We had difficulty locating the motel in the downtown area because the name was not clearly specified. There was no available parking, and the overall service was poor. Additionally, the female front desk staff member working the morning shift was rude and unhelpful.

Hotel is very dated , front counter staff do everything they can to service you with what they have. Service time of turn over the rooms is very slow . Good location to get around , but the outdate hotel and pictures is to different things when customers go to room.

I booked one king room with sofa bed for two nights. The first night at 10:30pm, I didn’t get any blanket stuffs for my sofa bed. The front desk phone was unreachable, I went to front desk to ask for sofa bed blanket stuffs, she promised to be delivered to my room soon, however, until midnight 12:00am no one sent us any blanket stuffs. Front desk phone still was unreachable, I had to g to front desk from floor 22 again. The next shift front desk person was there. I told her about my previous request, then she provided me a thin sheet of blanket, which was not my request blanket stuffs. She said to me that the house keeping was not on duty at midnight, I asked to get the blanket stuffs from other room, but she said that she was not allowed to go any room to do so, and she can not provided another room for me to stay, So had to wait until next morning for manager to resolve the issues. It was very bad customer serviceI. I paid the money to sleep at Hotel, she asked me to wake up until tomorrow morning, I asked for other options, then she asked security person to check other rooms whether they have sofa bed blanket stuffs there, there was no more there. The security guy found the blanket stuffs from somewhere to get it to me. It was 1:00am already. It was terrible experience with the hotel. I can not sleep at that night. I’d appreciate compensation for the inconvenience. Thank you.

The property was extremely cold. The sofa sleeper mattress was ill form, no bedding for sofa sleeper. Parking too expensive, nowhere to park to check in. Phone in room didn’t work, had to go down to front desk to ask for bedding and take them to my room. The worst Staybridge I’ve stayed at. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
