From the start valet was rude. Parking is not at all convenient and you can not park in front of the door to check in and unload unless you pay for valet. We were there one night.. didn't need valet. Parking garage as down a block and across the street. Lobby was hot and dirty. The line was horrendous. Got up to check in and was told they didn't have double beds available, like we reserved, only a king. We have 6 people. I was told we would fit! Right, 4 people in a king bed. No apology. Or different scenario offered. Take the king or get a refund. It's 8pm on a Friday night in downtown Atlanta, and now, with 2 boys under 8, after traveling all day, I have to find another hotel. Meanwhile, the lobby bathroom had 4 stalls, 3 unusable. We heard the pool was not available. The people next to me let themselves into the room they were assigned, and walked in on people! They double booked their room. I waited 15 mins for the email from Expedia, only to find out I am responsible to call and let them know. The worst experience literally ever.
