This place was awful. The staff at the front desk was nice. The manager, ironically, was impatient and rude. I felt bad for her staff. They seemed embarrassed about her unprofessional behavior.
More than anything, I was deeply saddened by the racism and the unprofessionalism of the desk clerks. It was the most horrible and frightening hotel experience that I have ever had. Due to all of the loud drunken fighting every night into the morning hours, I got no sleep and left the hotel exhausted! From sheer observation, this hotel clearly does not do much business, and it is very plain to see why...
I've paid way less for much more. Disappointment..
Check in was a breeze and staff was very pleasant. The room is extremely tiny, it smells horribly musty, windows doesn't even open and there is no microwave or fridge/freezer in the room. Not on a bus line as I thought. Stayed 2 night out of necessity.
(Day 1) Had a handicapped room. Nice-n-quiet. Bed was comfortable, but shower mount was busted off the wall (???). Got another room. (Day 2) Nice amenities, nice shower. Not so quiet ('fun couple' upstairs made their frolics WELL known below). Not bad, but not worth 90.00 a night... (???)
Hotel has a smell everywhere. Weather it’s smoke or in my case. I swear my room smelled like a cat had been in that room at one time. It’s dirty and old. Both other two hotels next to it are newer and nicer. Such a nice area and then this dump in the middle.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
It was quiet. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
Ceiling creaked from overactive residents above limiting sleep first night at hotel. Staff was helpful and accommodating on second night and moved me to a quiet room. I’ll stay away from ADA rooms if I go back.
The only problem was I like to watch Special Report w/Bret B. At 6:00 on Fox News & there was no Fox News channel!?!? First time I’ve run into that problem.
Check in lady was very nice and also the cleaning ladies alway made sure we had everything the best part was the quitness compared to other places very peaceful
