The rooms and photos aren’t consistent. These rooms look bigger with the sitting area. The doors aren’t aligned so they didn’t close properly. The door jam was missing the metal piece to properly close your door and lock it. The doors in the room didn’t close properly. They were supposed to be French doors but stacked up when closing. The beds weren’t comfortable and the linens were itchy. I had to request new sheets and buy a topper from Walmart. The pull out bed was Nasty and clearly OLD like it hadn’t been replaced in YEARS… this hotel is outdated basically and for the area it’s located in, we expected more in simple presentation. The ONLY thing that worked well was the AIR CONDITIONER… The pool area was old too.. needs updating and the Hot tub was blocked off like a crime scene… Ijs.

Nice staff. However, the hotel is not well kept. The air vents were dirty and the bathroom was humid all the time. The doors were peeling off and the AC malfunctioned. The receptionist confused us with other residents checking in and gave them our keys. There was only one towel in the bathroom for a 2 people bedroom. Also, our keys didn't work properly and it took us a lot of time to enter our room. We were told that our keys cannot be held near our phones, but that is a lie.

Somersault breaking the rules by smoking in elevators which caused the alarm to go off on the whole floor! Elevator being out of service causing you to have to use the stairs throughout my stay. One elevator can’t accommodate everyone. Other than that, very affordable.

I've stayed here 3 times in the past 4 months & every time it's been worth the money. It's not far from Perimeter Mall, Costco, Walmart & other shopping areas. It's also not far from El Azteca, Maggiano's & The Cheesecake Factory. During this stay they steam cleaned the carpets on each floor, Ms. Sarah in housekeeping knocked on everyone's door to offer housekeeping services & Ms. Gwen was polite & professional when she checked us in. I have NO COMPLAINTS!😃
