I really enjoyed this hotel. It was beautiful, and it was a pleasant experience. The staff are helpful and professional. The restaurant food was delicious, and the drinks were amazing. (The bar tender was on point). I did not like the parking situation. The parking garage is very small. I visited this location 2-3 weeks ago, and I have not received my deposit back as of yet. Other than that, it was a great experience. I would stay here again.

It was decent. Parking is available but at $13/ night. And there are separate lots. Breakfast wasn't too bad, average but hey it's free with the stay. I wouldn't mind staying again.

This is a clean hotel that seems new, although I didn't ask. My room was large and comfortable. A morning breakfast accompanies the room fee, and the food was fresh and tasty. When I had a problem, the staff was quickly responsive. There were a few glitches in service. First, when I went to my assigned room, there was no internet connection. The staff tried to fix it, but couldn't, so they switched my room. They get stars for quick and responsive service, by I would have preferred not to have had that problem. Second, the housekeeping personnel came to clean my room at 5:30 PM, which I considered late. A third problem with the hotel is that the neighborhood surrounding has no nearby restaurant or grocery, and there is no daytime food service at the hotel, and only bar food in the evening. The front desk suggested I take a Marta ride to Perimeter mall to find a meal. All in all, it was a good stay at Hyatt House, and I would recommend it to other travelers.

The hotel was nice and the room was very clean. I had an easy check in and check out experience. The only problem for me was that my room was on the 1st floor(which was ok) however it caused my view/window to face the street where drivers and pedestrians were able to see directly into my room. I didn’t ask to change because I only stayed 1 night. So it was ok. Overall I love the property and enjoyed my stay.

I love a hotel that’s not overly crowded and this hotel is definitely it. Staff was top tier. Rooms were comfortable and cozy for my family of 4. I went and worked out in the gym early one morning and they have a lot of equipment and it’s actually a decent size gym. The complementary break was amazing! I only wish they have non pork options but even though they didn’t the options for food were pretty broad my family and I are from Atlanta and sometimes we just pick a hotel to get out of the house for the weekend and we truly had a pleasant stay.
