Booked this place because of how close it was to the State Farm Arena for The Concert we attended and was just perfect.. We had to check in late and the Communication back-and-forth was just perfect. The Rooms was great and the space was just perfect way better then booking with a hotel.. only thing is the bathrooms tubs should be fixed but other then that no complaints just was a great stay

Midtown location is great! Spacious 1 bedroom with small deck and limited but nice view. Just have to bring you own TP and soap. Maybe some light bulbs also, several were burnt out.

We loved being able to stay in a convenient area in a self-catering unit. Don’t expect to find everything you need in the kitchen like spices, oil, dishsoap etc, but there’s a publix nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Only problem I had was the call machine was down so you actually had to call the property to get in but that wasn’t a bad thing just a little time consuming especially being that it was cold..

Nice apartment. Clean. Many common usage areas smelled like marijuana. The location is next to an abandoned building which was concerning. I would not feel safe walking around the area at night. We checked in very late ( they were very accommodating and gracious) but that did not make up for the fact that my code to get in the building didn't work and so I was lucky when a guest let me in since the staff couldn't help me on their end. This was disturbing because it was not a location that I would feel comfortable being outside after dark late at night

Hi Guest, Unfortunately we have no control over an abandoned building next to our apartment, but our building is a gated community with 24/7 security personnel so I am sure that you are about your safety in the building, but outside we also have no control over that. I believe when you checked in one of our staff guided you on the phone and you kept on entering the wrong code, the building code was sent to you via email 2 day before your arrival you should have it handy. Thanks!

Great stay
Service was great! Answered all questions and would not stop unless they had a solution. Great area. No free guest parking but really cheap parking available. Be sure to visit Krab Queenz conveniently located next door. Also rented resident parking which gave more peace of mind that my car was safe and secure. Will stay again!

Hi Guest, We would like to know what kind of fees you are referring to, the fees that we are collecting are posted in the website where you can see it before you decide to take the booking. They also send a confirmation email stating these fees. Are the other residents the apartment bothering you? If they are having a party next to your unit email it to us so that we can escalate it.

It took me 2 nights to notice the wifi pass.,no help with the TV, no drapery in the bedroom(very light from streetlights), minimum furniture...but it was clean. The exposed ceiling not very attractive.

Great stay, big clean apartment
It was a great stay. Check in was smooth and the apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. The only thing is the walls are pretty thin on the balcony side so you could hear everything from the main road from dogs barking to cats and people driving by reving their engine. It didn’t bother me though. Check in was smooth and painless. The building has a nice gym and lobby. It has a college dorm feel to it but everything is clean and the apartment is great.

I did like my stay. I did not like the bathroom ! The bathtub peel'ed of paint , but was clean. Parking was also good. The location in Downtown also was good.

A apartment room in a private building!
This place is not a hotel! It's an apartment building, with a few rooms reserved by a company, which they then use as a hotel-room system and lease it out to potential hotel-searchers. There is no such thing as early check-in, nor can you call up the front desk to get room service or necessities if you run out. Imagine if you are subletting an apartment for the night, that's how this hotel is set up. That being said, there are basic necessities (towels/toothbrush/shampoo) that are given when you check in. My room had extra comforters and bed sheets as well, put set of pots/pans/utensils/etc. None of the channels worked on the TV though except a couple random ones. The apartment/bathroom was in good condition, comfortable bed, very quiet building. The hotel is located in the midtown area of Atlanta, which didn't have anything. However, you can walk 15-20 minutes to downtown where there are other hotels/restaurants/attractions. Overall, it was a good stay. If you're not looking for a fresh bed made every day, you'd be fine here.

The location was good, Uber distance from main ATL attraction. However the parking was a nightmare. My girlfriend’s car got a boot the first night because she parked in a space that was owned by a restaurant that was under construction connected to the Byron. Then I got a boot on my car despite showing the repo men that I was in fact signed in on the app and had paid the meter. The room was decent. I did kill a roach or two. Several homeless men did approach my girlfriend in the parking lot while she was grabbing a few of her things. The bed was very comfortable. I am typically not a negative person but it was definitely not worth my money. I regret staying here. For a few dollars more I should have stayed at the west in.

Cute place but here are some tips
The place is super cute! Very clean, king bed and also a sofa bed. All appliances work and there is a balcony. We got in late so almost weren’t able to get in, the customer service line didn’t pick up so we had to buzz over and over. Lovely place, good location. Word to the wise: we saw boots on cars every morning, no matter what anyone says you do have to pay for parking. A passerby told us the boot company is basically a scam. Also, the booking price on hotels.com does not include the 100$ cleaning fee that is sent to you after. Still not a bad price tho, just a tip. Oh there is a little coffee and snacks waiting area in the front.

A Great Stay In Atlanta
Excellent location, easy walking distance to main attractions, metro stations within 5 mins. Apartment was obvoulsy newly decorated and had a large bedroom with an extremely comfy bed. Every thing you will need is provided in the kitchen. The gym is clean with enough equipment for a holiday workout. The only room for improvement would be a large set of drawers in the bedroom and more information provided about the local area. We had a great 6 nights here and would definatley stay again if we return to Atlanta. Highly recommended.

Spacious apartment fully functionalized
Very pleasant living experience close to downtown Atlanta (only 5-min walk to Hilton Atlanta, my conference venue), except that the hot water came a bit slowly in the night. So overall I give it 4 stars.

Der Start war sehr schlecht, die übermittelten Nummerncodes stimmten nicht. Das WLAN war falsch angegeben . Wir brauchten mehr als 1 h, Zug Telefonate ohne WLAN, um nachts, todmüde in die Wohnung zu kommen. Leider erfolgte auch keine Entschuldigung!

I didn't fully enjoy my stay
The apartment looked great at first sight, very spacious with 2 bathrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, lots of closets and a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryér. My mind was blown. But. All that came with a lot of inconveniences that should have never occurred if at least the cleaning team had made some equipment checks or had a technician fix damaged equipment before my arrival. I was constantly in contact with Pelican team for 2 whole days, plus 3 visits from Pelican reps to try to fix those issues. I didn't pay all that money to "assist" the property owners with fixing things in the apartment. I was on vacation. A closet door was damaged, a tv never worked, the bedsheets and pillows were awfully dirty, cracking paint in the bathrooms, inop light bulb above the stove, safety door lock issue. I wasted a day to re clean all bedding items and towels. Pelican offered me 2 new pillows, cleaning pods and air fresheners. I couldn't sleep well because of the outside light. They put sun filtering curtains but no blackout curtains. I did not enjoy my stay. Plus I was given a wrong code for the 3 main doors of the building. It had taken the Pelican rep about 15 minutes to give correct ones after several attempts over the phone. She was not attentive to my request, plus having cell phone service issues on my side. But with all that, I still want to thank Jeff for being reactive to my emails every time there was a new issue.
