Here is your revised review in your intended style:

You get what you pay for.
If it’s low cost, you get low cost service. Which means waiting in line, waiting on service, and dealing with poorly trained or overwhelmed staff.
The Embassy Suites in Buckhead has a beautifully restored, modern, trendy vibe. It’s very kid-friendly with glass elevators, a pool, and the fun atrium-style design. The rooms are generous in size, with a door separating the living room and bedroom, which is great for keeping kids’ sleeping areas separate from adults.
But with all that said, the hotel is clearly understaffed. Housekeeping is overwhelmed, so don’t be surprised if your room doesn’t have enough towels, blankets, or even an ironing board. The front desk staff is nice but also stretched thin, often making comments like “We have over 200 rooms and can’t get to everyone’s needs.”
The evening reception was disappointing. The two free drinks were a cheap vodka punch and bad wine, and the “free appetizers” were just chips and nuts – far below the standard set by other Embassy Suites we’ve stayed at.
Overall, while the building and decor meet Embassy Suites expectations, the staffing, service, and hospitality fall short. If you go in with the mindset of “you get what you pay for,” you won’t be as disappointed.
