I liked the affordability. Other than that, police coming in and out frightened us. Also, some people should NOT be working in customer service. That front desk lady was super rude and had an attitude that said: I don’t give a flying monkey to people. Hum! So, we left to La Quinta 😃

The Jamaican lady at the front desk had a sour attitude and miserable customer service. They need to fire her. I literally watched her run off not only me, but another man as well. They need new management ASAP.

Cockroaches, non smoking room that smelled like smoke, light out in bathroom, pot smell and smoke in hall ways, stains on the sheets, smoke burns on the floor, my room's door had obviously been kicked in and not repaired as it was daylighting from outside and the safety latches screws were coming out of the door.

Tried to check-in and wasn't able to because there's no afterhours check-in past 10pm. Had to go stay somewhere else after prepaying for the room via expedia.

I had to wait 20 minutes before the staff checked me in. (I was exhausted from traveling) Check in was at least fast and the lady was nice. No soap or tissue in the room, but the room was clean and it was a decent stay for the most part.

The guy in the room next door was booming his music all night long for two night, also standing in front of our door at night smoking 🚬. Our room was not ready either time that I stayed there (twice) had to wait over 30 minutes for it to be cleaned. Front desk staff were friendly. I get that it is a cheap motels, but they definitely need to do better. We also were told that we had to pay for towels and tissue.

The Premier Extended Stay was definitely NOT what appears online. There were sketchy people hanging around and the rooms appeared nasty. Definitely somewhere we chose not to stay. I should be entitled to a refund but was told no.
