Had a slight issue checking in with the door code, but that was resolved within minutes and the response from their team was excellent, both via text and phone. The apartment was massive, I was not expecting it to be as large as it was and it was very well located to get to downtown and mid town. Parking is a great bonus, although we had a larger truck, so couldn't really utilize it. That was an us issue though and nothing that was their fault

Es gab beim Check-In Probleme, da der PIN für die Tür nicht korrekt war. Mit einem kurzen Telefonat konnte das Problem aber gelöst werden. Downtown konnte bequem zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut.

The property was clean and spacious. We had a little hiccup with checking in because we weren’t sent a unit code but after a little bit of a wait and a phone call, we got it all worked out. The location was convenient for having access to the city and GT. The downstairs bathroom didn’t have soap but other than that, it was a great place and we would stay here again!!

The property we stayed in is not the one in the pictures. It’s similar but furniture and layout is different. May be that they have multiple properties in the building. Apartment needs some TLC, a lot of scuff marks and damage on walls, doors, baseboard, & stairs. Visible past water damage with stains and breakage over dining area and in bathroom. No TVs in bedrooms. No shade in the first bedroom. Glass is frosted but a lot of light comes through. Property location was easy to get on/off of highway and free self parking was a positive. Also access code to garage is not working so you need to walk in from the main entrance and then open the garage yourself. Located in midtown next to Emory hospital. No restaurants within walking distance.

They should set up the photos to accurately reflect each room based on photos rather than have a general pic of a high end more costly room to manage expectations. The images of the exterior of the building are not helpful because they highlight the entrance to the healthcare business which isn’t the way you enter the lobby so I was out there for a while trying to make the code work! They worked with me to figure out that this could possibly be the wrong entrance! They are very responsive and addresses each problem promptly and with care. There were maintenance issues that they should have proactively handled which would have avoided some major concerns that I won’t go into detail about out of courtesy, as they were very accommodating and we worked through things. The beds are very comfortable and great quality cotton sheets and decent white towels. These things were very clean and the place smelled very crisp and clean. The room sizes, closets, storage spaces and bathroom are ample. The kitchen supplies are good enough to cook all meals. No blender but I travel with mine so it’s fine. Let’s talk about the amazing garage! The set up makes you feel as you are in a luxury, mid rise condo as you get your own space and inside entrance to the lobby. Although I was not made aware of this before checkin, the super helpful security lady named Lilly clued me in and gave me my code! She is a gem and enhanced my experience. Walk to Midtown exciting vibe, coffee shops etc.

DO NOT STAY HERE garage door to park was broken, had to go through front area every time to open garage door. door between complex and garage was broken, never locked and anyone could walk in, no security. they did not provide ANY washcloths and when we asked they said they don't have any. only 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels were given for the entire stay. NO additional bedding/blanket. NO OVEN SAFE cookware. when we messaged about it they said they limit the items they have. We could not use the oven because there was not one oven safe piece of kitchen ware to use. no tin foil, nothing. the stove top is a conduction stove so only 2 of the pans worked on it. we send them videos showing they have the wrong pans that do not work for this stove top. nothing fixed. I have this exact stove top at home so I know how to use it, its not user error. its like they expected us to go out and buy the ktichen ware we needed to use to use the appliances. only 2 of everything so you couldn't have more than one meal without cooking. the dishwasher didn't work correctly and didn't clean dishware several times. We rented an apartment so we didn't have to eat out and could cook, we purchased food at a grocery store before we checked in and had to waste so much food because we had no way to cook it. rugs were dirty and didn't look like they had cleaned or vacuumed at all in months. wore shoes the whole time because the rugs stained my fee the one time I didn't wear shoes.

Loved the view. Rooms were spacious. Free parking was a bonus for that location. Only one request. Put TVs in the bedrooms. One TV not enough for 3 bedroom Condo. Would highly recommend the Baltimore Place.

The place was perfect for me and my wife for her birthday. We stayed in unit 10 on April 30th through may 4th which overlooked the city, it was so beautiful especially at night. No major issue besides not much pots and pans and I do cook a lot so I had to buy an extra pot to cook for the days we was there but otherwise it was perfect. Walmart and Publix supermarket were close by, you are assigned your own parking spot inside a closed garage down stairs of the building and you get your own code to open which is free, towels were really white and clean even though we brought our own sheets and towels thinking the ones there wouldn’t be up to par but they were. It’s a quiet spot. So far I have no complaints and I will be visiting this specific place again. We made friends with a guest in unit one that told us their unit was 3 stories so that’s what we’ll be getting next time. Loved this place overall. I give it 100 out of 10
At night time the streets come alive, imagine having your spouse seeing this at night over some wine and good dinner, trust me the view is breathtaking.

First of all, the whole building and unit needs a lot of TLC. Lots of chipped paint, broken lights, jammed balcony door, stained shower tiles, and water damage. We stayed in unit 5 and had a major issue with our room lock. Poor Elisa took the brunt of our frustration, but she was VERY professional and VERY understanding and took care of business. She got the lights fixed and the balcony door unjammed. We are very happy with Elisa. What made up for the short comings of the building/unit was the view we had from our balcony (10/10 for the view); the price we paid for the unit was VERY cheap for a family of four; and the kindness and understanding of Elisa. I just wished the maintenance and housekeeping crew did a better job of taking care of the units and building. And I hope management upgrades and fixes everything. For the price and view, I will definitely stay here again. Oh, the kids loved the loft and I was in love with the view from the living room balcony. The well equipped kitchen and kitchen island was outstanding. We enjoyed cooking and eating it, it saved a lot of money. Overall, I’d give this place a 5/5. We will be back for sure.

Overall this is a decent space for the price. This is our second stay. Tjis time we encounter a less desirable experience. Parking is fairly easy, except code doesn't match door for unit but can get in next one over(both stays). The elevator to Penthouse floor was out of order, and it was out first half of 1st visit too. The dishwasher didn’t work. We reserved for 2 guests and there was only one set of bath towels.

This is a beautiful home however, it was not the cleanest. Toilets had urine on them the cabinets and refrigerator had grease and sticky substance on the handles. Also, dog hair is was very visible on the rug in the master as well as the patio had dog feces. Stairs and walls are dirty.

I was not satisfied. First night in, it rained really bad, there was sprinkler leaking that was above the stairs. I fell down those steps with my baby in my arms!!!! The apartment is nice, but it definitely needs some TLC! There was no blender, no dish soap or dish rags. The bathroom in the room with the balcony needs some work; there was paint peeling from the ceiling. It kinda grossed me out.

The shower knob slipped off when turning on the water. Have to be careful or you’ll hurt your toe.

My daughter's were stuck in the elevators as soon as we arrived. The code did not work for the unit door, no one answered the provided phone number. I finally got someone on the phone and explained that I paid for early check-in but could not because the code would not work, but they refuse to refund my money, and the elevator was broken during my entire stay, and the host was rude and not very accommodating.

The heating system was very difficult to regulate. At the highest heat setting, the upstairs bedroom felt very cold...it was too cold to sleep like that. I called maintenance the next day. He adjusted it, but that bedroom never got much warmer. Also, the property is confusing. I arrived late at night and couldn't open my link with check-in instructions. While standing outside for a long time trying to open the link, a security guard appeared and tried to help me, because you can't find a front desk! The location is not very convenient to any eateries or taverns.

This apartment was centrally located near local attractions and restaurants. Other reviews mentioned noise and it definitely was very noisy. It is nestled between some very busy freeways and a hospital. We kinda expect this when staying in the city. The owner did provided ear plugs but only one pair, which we did not use. There is A LOT of light that comes in the window over the bed. The kitchen was not equipped for people wanting to do cooking at home. It lacked utensils like spatulas baking dishes, sheet pans, cutting boards, and skillets that work on it's induction stove. Essentials like salt, pepper, and oil would have been nice. The photos in the listing provided city views from the balconies. Our unit did not. We looked at a parking garage. The unit is in need of repair. It was very cold and you could feel the wind through windows and the sliding door. The partition between our unit and the one next to us was about to fall over. I thought for sure with all the wind we were having it wasn't going to make it! No handsoap, wash cloths, dish rags or dish soap. They did however provide coffee which was nice. The bed was comfy and the water hot so if you are looking for a place to sleep and that is all, this would work for you. I was disappointed because we also could not use the internet with the wifi.

From the moment we arrived, nothing was right. We couldn't get into the building with the code provided. We finally got in with the help of a security guard who doesn't even work for Black Swan Management. Then the room code didn't work. Neither did the next one or the next one nor the next one. The first room was fair at best with water stains and peeling paint in places. The air conditioning never worked as we couldn't get the temperature below 74 degrees. There was mildew on the bathroom floor, a pubic hair on a towel, one of the toilets ran intermittently for no reason, and the master bedroom bed was literally BROKEN. The base for the mattress was basically cracked in half causing a rut in the middle of the bed. It was also just a joy being stuck in the elevator and having no one respond to the Call button. We had to call 911. Not kidding. The property is also directly across the street from the Emory Medical Center emergency helicopter pad. That was fun hearing that fire up at 3:00 AM. They eventually moved us to a different room that was a bit better but we continued to have access code issues. I would never stay at this place again.
