「I was not allowed to check in due to not having a 200.00 CASH deposit. This was not disclosed when I made the reservation. I had to find another hotel and they would not refund my money for the 2 nights I had reserved. 」

「Was to have a king size bed but told they didn't have any. They did give us a $50 coupon for the restaurant. TV didn't work. Took 2 men to get it working. Took 1 hour 」

「Room smelled like urine. Bathroom had an awful smell from the sink. Bed was like a pull out metal bed. If you rolled over the entire bed moved and was loud. Blinds were broken and we were on 1st floor so people could see right in. First glance looked good, but we were disappointed.」

「It was not walking distance to venue as stated. Kinda sketchy side of town, but people were great and room was nice and clean. Breakfast bar was really lacking. 」

「The staff were amazing! They went above and beyond in making my stay special. The staff helped my daughter from Maryland plan my stay for a birthday gift. He even upgraded the room and arranged for me to check in three hours early. When I arrived in my room there was a candy bar on the bed along with a birthday card. On top of that the manager went and bought me balloons for my birthday! This place has just gained my entire family as customers.」

「Enjoyed the Casino, but the players card would work in some slot machines but not others. The folks at the service desk laughed when I complained. They said that was a common problem. Their solution was to give me four cards (all at once) and told me to try using them all until one worked. Some times none of them would work on a machine I wanted to play, and I would move on to other machines until one did. Really frustrating. move on other machines until one worked. 「The facilities were nice but they messed up our billing. We got charged twice and they canceled an additional day of our stay by text. While the day shift manager did fix the issue it still bothers me that they can cancel a reservation by text.」
