「It is very good resorts. We love .rooms are very clean and nice. Just they don’t have coffee filters. We you make coffee yourself than pl bring coffee filters and cream. Other than very good view . Relaxing . Front of beach. I staff are very nice in helpful. Free water park . Every thing including parking free. It is very nice .love it . 」

「I was so disappointed! We walked up to the older woman I said hey how are you literally no response. She sat there for 5 minutes not saying a word to me. She finally said name? Then just demanded my ID and card. Not that this was a problem but instead of can I see your ID and card she said ID and card. Then she just tossed them on the counter when she was done. Check in took 20-30 minutes. We got there late everyone was so exhausted and this long wait did not help! We went straight to bed when...

「EVERY worker, from front desk to the dining area to the cleaning people to workers in the hallway and on the elevator, were SO polite, personal and helpful. They don’t seem to treat the customers as customers, but as family. My husband and I travel quite a bit and we have NEVER been so impressed by the staff.
