First of all the reception made me shock because he couldn't find my reservation. The dush was damaged and i couldn't take a dush!! I asked for the teabag but reception said it is not free!! This hotel is just a place to stay not in the street,not more. It was the awfull place.

Everything was great for a big hotel, unfortunately there is one thing that unexpectedly challenging. They have a spotty internet connection, we had to change room just to get a better connection. Disappointed to find out that is really how it works. Other than that all is well.

We had booked for 3 nights and could only stay for 1 it is definitely not a 4 star hotel and that rating should be removed. The bed didn’t even have a blanket on just a rolled up sheet. There was a radiator in the shower and r The room was generally not clean. It was already stressful enough with having someone in hospital having brain surgery to find out rooms were awful and have to find alternative accommodation. Would recommend anyone stays at this property Don’t normally leave reviews but felt this hotel needed one to stop anyone else wasting g so much money on rooms that are not suitable or what they are advertised to be.

Shower rod was broken and the curtain was falling so water was splashing everywhere. Quadruple room had beds arranged which was hard to walk through the room. At the entrance e to the hotel there are many steep steps and you have to carry up all your bags as there’s no elevator. This was the most difficult part as we had multiple large bags.

We were in town to visit family and see Acropolis. The location was very convenient, had uncovered secured parking, very good breakfast buffet, and the place was very well designed! I actually stopped the owners to thank them for such a neat place! I was able to walk to Acropolis from the hotel- super great way to experience more of Athens and spend time w family!

The cleanliness of the rooms are excellent,the maids do a great job keeping things clean,the staff are very helpful and attentive,breakfasts are very good,the lady with blonde hair rani was really nice lady and would always be polite and courteous,she is a real asset to the hotel,overall my stay there was very good,thanks for your time in making my stay there a happy one.

This is the second consecutive year I have chosen this hotel, knowing what it offers for the price. This time, I felt slightly disappointed, as there were both positive and negative aspects to my stay. Some of the rooms are outdated, which can be uncomfortable. I initially received one of those rooms, but fortunately, I was able to switch to a better one without any hassle. On a positive note, the lobby and restaurant areas are spacious. I may be a bit picky, but I noticed a decline in both the quality and variety of the food offered. On the bright side, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located just five minutes away from the metro. While it’s not a bad choice overall, if you’re looking for something fresher and more modern, you might be disappointed.
