The hotel was amazing! Great spacious room and nice view. However, the property was in a very sketchy area of town. We had to take a cab everywhere because we were not comfortable walking around. Not the best place to stay if you are a tourist and want to explore.

While the Wyndham Grand Athens is located in a so-so neighborhood, it is conveniently situated with good restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable, if not entirely soundproof. Overall, this hotel gives good value for the money and I would stay here again.

This is a large hotel that services conferences, cruise shipsand couples like us. It is well run and and the rooms are spacious enough. There are a few very good dining options very near by too. While the area might be scruffy to some we walked around it and found it interesting. Also there is a metro stop very nearby that is convenient to use that takes you to museums and the Center in about 10-15 minutes.
