Very good location, high standard apartment.

The apartment is big enough for a 2+2 family. Air conditioning works flawlessly which is crucial with 40 degrees temperatures. Communication was very good. They agreed to give us one more our of check out time. Everything is really close and in walkable distance. lots of restaurants nearby (our best was Nissos Seafood Tavern). The only things we would appreciate to have are washing machine and better kitchen equipment.

Apartments was spacious and had all you'd want for a stay with family or friends. Within 5 mins walk of most everything youd expect to find, bars/restaurants etc. Easy access to hop on/hop of buses as well as access to within walking distance to the acropolis

Amazing location. Walkable to all the top sight and tons of restaurants. Easy self check in/out. The rooms are spacious and very clean. AC worked great. Some street noise but nothing disruptive. We loved the balcony. There’s a spa downstairs. Super convenient for a treatment! Highly recommend!

We stayed here two nights to see the ancient city. The place is amazing. Lots of light, space. Clean, amenities. Paul is awesome and helpful. He did all he could to assist us in any question or help us when we needed it. He even arranged transfer from the airport for our late arrival. He messaged us clear check in instructions. There is a spa downstairs with a hamam. It was a short walk to the Parthenon and other sites. Highly recommended by us.

So this is a tough one to review, because the apartment itself is great, but you are flying solo from the moment you get the keys until you’re out. We’re travelers so we were fine with it, but if you’re looking for any on site service like the front desk of a hotel, you’ll be disappointed. But let’s get to the good stuff! The place was clean, very roomy, comfortable and located within 5 minutes walk to Monastiraki Square which is buzzing with life from morning-ish to late at night. It’s also a metro station for three lines which means you’ll be able to get anywhere in Athens with ease using the public transportation system. Overall I’d rate it at a solid 4.5/5 and recommend it for anyone who is good with total independence.

I wish I could rate the property & management separately. The place itself was just what we were looking for in Athens. My only complaint is that the bed wasn’t the most comfortable and for the price we paid, I would expect a comfortable bed. We had so many issues with the management. (1) I requested a crib at booking, followed up with two messages, and a phone call and got no response. I had to reach out on the way from the airport and was told that a crib would be delivered the next morning. When I insisted that my infant would need somewhere to sleep that night, a crib was delivered at 10:45 pm. (2) The following morning, we were awoken at 7:15 am by a fire alarm. When I called the manager, he told us if we didn’t see a fire to go back inside. Obviously we didn’t take the risk with a baby, so we spent the TWO HOURS it took him to show up and shut the alarm off wandering around town in our pajamas. During that time, he kept contacting me to see if the alarm was going off and another guest was the one to speak the police who showed up. (3) On the third day, we had to let maintenance in to work on the roof and replace our air filters - something that took an hour of our day and should not have been our responsibility. (4) During our stay, no linens nor towels were replaced despite the guarantee that they would be. So if you are laid back travelers who want a spot in a good area with a gorgeous view this is a great get! But be ready to manage the property yourselves.

Lovely apartment in terms of cleanliness, style and decor and location is very handy. However the noise levels at night were unbearable, we barely had a wink of sleep for music, traffic, people shouting etc. Also had a group of lads in opposite apartment who 2/3 nights were so loud at 4.30am waking us.No bedding or towels had been provided for our son so we had to contact Paul when we arrived late at night who brought them over at midnight. Also requested a battery for remote control as power was to low in battery to work, never given a battery so had no tv. No hot water one morning. Like i say the decor is lovely but definitely not soundproofed as advertised and doesnt seem very well managed. If you are a heavy sleeper or plan on staying out until early hours it may be fine for you, but for a family who came fo explore Athens it was exhausting staying here.

Fantástico apartamento. Super limpio. Todo muy nuevo. Espacioso. Luminoso. Con unas vistas espectaculares. Cama muy cómoda. Ducha estupenda. Las ventanas aislan bien del ruido de la calle. Estuvimos en el apartamento de la última planta y tiene una terraza privada. Hay además otra terraza compartida con el resto de apartamentos. Ambas con visitas a la Acrópolis. La situación es inmejorable, al lado del metro y te permite ir a pie a todas partes. El personal y la atención, inmejorable. Sin duda lo recomiendo
