A clean, spacious room with an excellent bathroom and shower. Very welcoming host and a good breakfast. The property as a whole is small with a steep staircase but the staff are very helpful. The area has an energetic night life, so there will be some noise. But a high quality room with very friendly service and a good breakfast in the morning.

Our stay at The Frogs Guesthouse was amazing! Marina was and everyone who worked there was so friendly and attentive! Our rooms were so comfortable and the entire place is decorated beautifully!! Breakfast was included and it was amazing! Easy walking distance to everything! I will stay here again when visiting Athens!

One of the best hotels ever!

Absolutly WONDERFUL! Could not wish for anything more. Best location possible, warm and super friendly couple that greeted is on the Street and made us feel like family! Rooms were clean and cute in everyway. Cant wait to come back!

Simply amazing! The hosts greeted us and made us feel extremely welcomed from the minute we stepped into their cozy guesthouse which is conveniently located near the station. Very friendly staff. Perfect for a visit in Athen. Perfect location for sightseeing in Athen. Big choice of restaurants very close to the guesthouse. Parking is possible wirh a 5 minutes walk. The room was very big and very comfortable with many space for the luggage. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They arranged transportation for us from the cruise terminal and then to the airport. The room had a beautiful balcony and was very spacious. We had nice recommendations for restaurants in the area. I’d highly recommend staying here.
