Area of the property was great!!! We had a washer machine that never worked even after telling the cleaning lady. They never fixed it after whole 3 days. Another issue was that the property didn’t refresh the towels every day. Only one day they gave us fresh towels. Also, they had complimentary nespresso machine with only two capsules for The first day and then again it was never re-filled. Property didn’t have any iron or steamer. Overall it was a good apartment.

It's good because there's an apartment in a quiet residential area. The room is very clean. The water heater's breaker is difficult to understand, so please write an easy-to-understand explanation in the room. It was very helpful to have a washing machine. I'm also happy that there's a supermarket 7.8 minutes on foot

Worst checkin experience in my life ruined all the charm. They dont respond to Expedia messages. I could not enter the room until 16:47. There is a construction near it so wake up every 07:30. It is the small details but matters, no carpet or painting present at the home. So it felt a bit cold and without balcony; totally unbearable. couldnt have hot water even İ try everything in electric panel.
