Very friendly and informative welcome from Yannis, our stay was perfect in a fantastic location. Whilst Plaka itself can be busy the apartment is on a quiet side street.

Perfect apartment with perfect host.

Host is wonderful - welcomed us with fresh oranges and peaches and cold water after a long flight - priceless. Located at a quiet street in a beautiful area, with Acropolis nearby. Athens is gorgeous and so much to do. Very safe area and city, wished we had time to stay longer.

Tolle, sehr komfortable Ferienwohnung für bis zu 4 Personen. Die Lage ist genial - besser gelegen für Sightseeing geht nicht und dabei trotzdem absolut ruhig! Wir konnten alle wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten und tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten locker zu Fuß erreichen. Restaurants in Unmengen im Viertel. Bequeme Betten, 2x TV mit Netflix, kleiner Balkon und Ausstattung der Küche umfangreich (inkl. Nespresso Maschine). Betreuung durch Yannis schnell und sehr gut.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. It’s a short walk to the Acropolis, Roman Agora, many good restaurants and shops. Our family of five was completely comfortable and felt at home. There’s also a cute balcony to sit for coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. Yannis was a friendly, wonderful host, ready to help with tours and airport transportation.

Our host organized our transportation to and from the airport and met us upon arrival and departure (at 5am on a Saturday!). Yannis goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect! Would highly recommend this location and apartment!

Great location and the apartment is located in a nice area. Very easy to walk to shops, restaurants and attractions. The apartment is clean overall, the host Yannis is a nice guy and welcomed us during late check in, also recommended us places. We have a family of 5 including 3 young kids, we like the stay. Wunderbare geräumige Unterkunft für die Stadterkundung. Prima Lage in der Nähe des Syntagma-Platzes, verschiedener Restaurants und Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gekocht haben wir nicht und können deshalb die Unterkunft auch nicht dahingegen bewerten. Badezimmer erfüllt seinen Zweck.

Not sure how I feel.

Very mixed feeling about this property. Owner is very nice so I’d like to say I loved it. Unfortunately, as an American there are things I’m just not used to and there are a ton of requirements. In order to shower you have to flip power switch for 20 minutes or you don’t get hot water. To use over you pull a propane tank from below to turn gas on and off. You get two keys, but one must remain in a specific place or all the power other than refrigerator will turn off, so you can’t really use both. And, so on. A lot to remember for a few nights stay. Also, needs a good deep cleaning.

Great apartment, great spot, great service.

Great apartment, great location. Yanni, the manager, was fantastic, prompt, helpful and attentive. Everything worked and it was very stylish. Could not have been more pleased and I travel alot.
