Wonderful for families. The bedrooms are smaller but the common areas are spacious and the flow is quite good. Having cooking facilities makes it great for young kids

So glad I changed my original hotel in Omonia Square to here. The apartment was fine for a family of 4 and they also allowed us to check-in 1 hour earlier. It’s in a quiet location in the Kolonaki district and only approx. 10 minutes walk to the centre and the lovely Syntagma Square. If I ever return to Athens would definitely stay here again. Thank you !

This was an excellent property for 7 of us. It was fairly close to the metro and east to walk to the main attractions in athens. The only issue was that we were given the wrong door code, and waited over 40 minutes to get the correct one. They did refund $44 euro for the trouble though.

Great location but not a very comfortable space

The apartment was clean, and the staff were very responsive, but the furniture is uncomfortable, old and worn, and the space overall is very barebones. There was no table or workspace. There were no lamps in the living room. The space could be a lot nicer with a small investment. Location and area overall is great!

Honestly, what this property going for it is that it is located in a upper class district, features a large balcony and a walk from Syntagma. Yet there were very silly things that marred our stay. It rained and the water seeped through the closed balcony doors into the living room. I had to call for them to acknowledge my whatssap texts. Door closing was very problematic and I am afraid we saw too many ants in the living room. We have stayed in Athens numerous times but never seen so many ants. I am afraid we left dissappointed.

I don't often write a review, but we were very happy to have stayed at Olala Kolonaki Boutique. Highly recommended. With five people it was nice to have two bathrooms. Property was clean and the welcome drinks were a nice welcome after a flight/travel day. Great to be able to make a proper Nespresso coffee and thea. Almost every major highlight is 15-30 minutes walking distance, very convenient. So after traveling you can easy walk to the apartment from the central syntagma square, where the bus/metro from the airport stops. It's nice and quiet inside. Airco's (3x) work great... nice and silent (for an airco)... shower was good. We found a grocery nearby, out right first street left (Solonos). When we had a question.... Olala was easy to contact by WhatsApp and Mail and with quick response. Seems like a professional company. What's more to say: Enjoy!

A great apartment in Kolonaki for a family of 4

This two-bedroom ,2-bathroom apartment in Kolonaki was perfect for our stay. Nicely renovated and very practical. Had everything needed for our stay. Was also on a quiet part, unusual for Athens Centre. It's all handled electronically however with pin codes etc. No latitude for extended checkouts (has to be arranged electronically and one has to pay beyond one hour late) . No facility for storage of luggage after checkout.

Παρά πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα.

Όλα ήταν πάρα πολύ καλά.,εξαιρετικη τοποθεσία, πολύ καθαρό και με εξυπηρέτησαν προκειμένου να μπω στο διαμέρισμα λίγο νωρίτερα. Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι η τηλεόραση δεν έπιανε τα ελληνικά κανάλια. Έδειχνε μόνο Netflix.

Big, beautiful & central apt for an amazing price!

Best of the best! Very comfortable apartment (great layout!), modern, clean and spacious. It is located in a nice neighborhood, very central and just a short walk away from metro station, restaurants and some of the main tourist attractions. Really enjoyed my stay, and all the amenities included: air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, comfy living space, excellent rooms (2) and bathrooms (2.5), etc. It sleeps 7 people total on 2 big beds, a comfortable pull out sofa, and another sofa. Had some issues figuring out the app to open the place, but once I did I was very happy about the convenience of the technology. Overall excellent stay, highly recommended!

Το check in και το check out γίνεται απο το τηλέφωνο και μόνο εάν μιλάς καλά Αγγλικά...θέλαμε να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες για κανα δίωρο για φύλαξη μετά το check out και ενώ μας είπαν ότι μπορούμε να τις αφήσουμε στο lobby δωρεάν...lobby δεν υπήρχε ούτε κάποιος απο το κατάλυμα ως φυσική παρουσία.
