Clean, modern, comfortable bed/pillows. Not a typical "hotel" - building access code, elevator code and room access code provided before arrival so you don't have the usual check-in experience which is great for a private, no bother experience, though there is on-site staff available if need.

I wouldn't call it an apartment, there was no kitchenette. However the room was of a nice size for a hotel, very clean. I liked the quality of the bed, - not too soft, not too hard, - and the big, soft towels. Excellent, helpful communication with the staff and the location hard to beat, in the very center. Great value for the reasonable price.

Location was AMAZING!!!! We were so close and central to everything. We never took a taxi as everything was 5-25 min walk. The amenities, I.e., slippers, water, etc. were restocked daily. The hotel itself was quiet and check in/check out was very quick and easy. Would stay here again!

Perfect location for walking Plaka and surrounding areas. Our room had an odor to it but the staff moved us to another room for our entire stay. The staff is very accommodating, special thanks to Sofia! One note, there are no English speaking channels unless you have a streaming service and VPN.

The property was well located on Ermu which is a walking street with shops and restaurants galore. Its a one minute walk from the main square and you can hail a cab or get off and bring your baggage to the door without any hassle. The property is well maintained, though the elevators do take time. All historic and tourist places are within walking distance of not more than 20 minutes. Restaurants aplenty - you’d be spoilt for choice.

Location is excellent. A few minutes from Syntagma Square and within walking distance of the Acropolis and all the major sites. Ermou Street is pedestrian only has all the shops. Hotel is nice, modern and comfortable. Staff speaks very good English and are very helpful.

A modern hotel centered in the ancient city. Very comfortable beds. Nice showers. Wonderful attentive staff. Awesome location in the hart of Athens. So many cafe's, restaurants and rooftop bars within a 5 minute walk. Catch the city hop on and off tour buses at the end of the block. Or just walk 20mins to acropolis. And the staff can arrange transport from/to the airport or cruise ship port. We used that service too and the drivers were great. Many thanks to the staff.

This is an excellent hotel if you want to be where the action is. At night this place truly comes alive. One side of the hotel is absolutely silent. The other side is so loud there are ear plugs in the night stands. The staff is absolutely angelic. They will arrange transportation for you. The cleaning staff is absolutely superior. I loved the property! Noise and All!
