Great location and staff. Close to everything. The only few things that could use some attention would be a bug/mosquito screen at the bathroom window, fixing the bathroom door as it really drags on the floor when you try to close it which could be an issue in the middle of the night and some napkins for the coffee station. Like I said, location, staff and cleanliness, great!

I can’t remember the awesome lady’s name at the front desk but she let us check in early and told us how to get around Athens!! Room was awesome and clean. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great staff on reception and was shiwn to my apartment that was around the corner, got some food suggestions from the front desk and the room had everything i needed, excellent air conditioning

Beautiful building and decorations. Friendly helpful staff. A/C turns off when you leave the room so could be a disadvantage during warm season as you would come back to a warm room but very energy efficient. Shower taps got very hot after a shower and shower tub surround leaked onto washroom floor. Bedding very comfy. Loved the expresso machine and fridge. Great location to bus from airport, or metro and plaka neighbourhood. Smokers smoke comes into the hotel room windows. They have cool keypad touch screen hotel room entry system, so no hotel cards needed.

Bel petit hôtel à proximité de tout. Les immeubles voisins sont désuets mais il ne faut pas en tenir compte. La chambre avec balcon est parfaite pour un petit sejour mais ne prenez pas la chambre avec balcon si vous voulez être dehors avec une belle vue car la rue n’est que des immeubles désuètes et abandonnés. Mais sinon l’hôtel est parfaite

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Living Acropolis in Athens! Our group of 12 was comfortably accommodated, and the property was perfect for gathering and relaxing. The lovely outdoor courtyard quickly became our favorite spot to unwind together in the evenings. The location is fantastic—close to everything we wanted to see—yet felt like a peaceful retreat. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend the Living Acropolis for any group looking for a warm, comfortable, and authentic Athens experience!

Very cute And unique hotel! Area surrounding it is scary appearing however! Rooftop room is great, but know that you should not have large luggage if you hope to get it to the room on your own! Scary, skinny spiral stairs to get to the room! Courtyard is great!

Fantastic little boutique hotel.

Fantastic place to stay in Athens. Great location near to Acropolis. Really nice high spec room. I stayed in the roof apartment which had an outside space to relax in either with a coffee in the morning or after a long day sightseeing. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Athens

Our experience at Living Yard Acropolis was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth, care, and an attention to detail that made our stay feel truly special. The apartment itself is a perfect blend of modern design and cozy comfort. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need – from a fully stocked kitchen to plush linens and high-speed Wi-Fi. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated to create a space that was both luxurious and inviting. But what truly sets Living Yard Acropolis apart is the unbeatable location. Just a short stroll from the Acropolis and the vibrant Plaka district, we were able to explore the best of Athens on foot. Yet, despite being so central, the apartment was peaceful and quiet – the perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The hosts went above and beyond. Friendly, responsive, and genuinely passionate about making our stay perfect. They offered great local tips, checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, and were always just a message away if we needed anything. Det var ett jättemysigt, fint och rent boende med mycket trevlig och välkomnande personal! De gav bra information om saker som skedde i Athen och höll oss informerade. Vi kunde lätt få tag på personal när det behövdes. Rummet var rymligt och fint, mycket fräscht! Uppskattade verkligen nespresso maskinen samt vattenkokaren. Allt var rent och fräscht, vi bodde väldigt centralt och med promenadavstånd till alla sevärdheter för ett riktigt bra pris. Jättefin liten innegård man kunde sitta och dricka kaffe eller fika i. Rekommenderar Living Yard Acropolis och jag kommer boka detta igen vid nästa besök till Athen!

Chambre très bien, situation peu rassurante

Établissement proche des lieux touristiques à pied mais situé dans une rue peu rassurante avec beaucoup de bâtiments délabrés, et où le soir des gens fouillent dans les poubelles et errent. Le Living Yard reste tout de même un établissement avec des chambres propres, modernes et confortables. Une réception efficace et aidante, parle anglais sans problème. Pas de restauration mais un nettoyage des chambre compris tous les jours. Le petit - : isolation phonique à revoir, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue, fenêtres fermées
