This is NOT a hotel! We missed that. So if you’re arriving early be prepared to make accommodations for your baggage. The team eventually stored our bags in our room as we waited for them to clean it, but it was tonnes of messaging back and forth. Location was great.

We had a lovely stay in the top floor apartment (7). It was perfect for our family of 4. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer combo. Beautiful, clean, comfortable apartment centrally located so we could walk to stores, cafes, restaurants and all the tourist attractions. We would definitely stay here again! A perfect stay all around.

The location of the property is excellent. The place is well maintain. We had a problem with getting hot water on time and consistent. One of the days the bedroom was not made and we did not know way. I think they can improve the service a lot. Not the service you expect for the amount that you paid.

O apartamento é bem grande com a melhor vista de Atenas. Obs. Tem escada, o que dificulta um pouco. Até entender o funcionamento, é difícil, mas depois foi tudo ótimo!!!! Indico!!!

Nice area. Gate codes were tricky, the $2 tax i had to pay before entry with a link that didn't work was a little inconvenient, please include all fees with your booking...light controls are a little confusing...very clean except the shower floor is stained. Comfy couch and beds. Wish there were more blankets and laundry detergent. Overall it was good. Thank you!

I loved having an apartment Kolinaki - it’s a very safe and pretty area with nice restaurants and high end shops. Once I got in touch with the host, communication was great but I had to call first to confirm everything. The wear of the show was the rooftop porch with a view of the acropolis and being able to watch the lights coming on as the sunset set. Great little kitchen and it was nice to have a washer dryer.

This hotel is beautiful, fantastically maintained and perfectly situated in a great and safe area within a short walk to fabulous shops, restaurants, and historical and archeological sites and museums. Panos and his supportive team of Stella and others provide exceptional guest care, attention, help and communication! We were so happy and impressed with our stay in both the 2 bedroom suite and the 1 bedroom suite that we have already booked another stay for next year!
