The hotel was beautiful, spacious, unique and lovely. The staff was wonderful in helping recommend activities and restaurants that were authentic. My only complaint is that if you are a light sleeper the street noise is very loud. They do provide ear plugs for sleeping.

We enjoyed the location, the room was clean and the staff was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel is very convenient to restaurants and shops. Highly walkable. The noise level outside was high, even very late into the night. That was a problem for us; otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

L’hébergement dans son ensemble était vraiment bien. Beau petit hôtel, très bien situé. A proximité des restos et boutiques et de la Place Monastiraki. Par contre, il a le défaut de ses qualités… compte tenu de son emplacement, il est quand même assez bruyant… Le ménage est fait à tous les jours si on le désire et est impeccable!

Very hip chic decor excellent location close to metro and immaculately clean. Staff is helpful and attentive. Easy walking distance to all sights, restaurants and shopping. Noise ends like clockwork outside at 11:30 pm so easy to get a quiet and peaceful night sleep on a very comfortable bed. And unlike most of Europe they provide facecloths!! :-)

Maria who checked us in was absolutely not a person to wait on gusts. Diane on the other hand, in the morning of June 1st, on our way out, was absolute sweetheart. Helped us get a taxi to airport, I would give her 10 out of 10. The other thing, walking up and down the stairs to get to the elevator is absolute madness; with suitcases, walking up those slippery ( but beautiful) marble stairs is not what I would choose, ever again. And Maria never asked if we need any help with the luggage

The hotel and staff are excellent. Very central to shopping, restaurants and monuments. With this in mind, note that the area is active and noisy. The hotel graciously provides ear plugs which help tremendously for sleeping.

Excellent location for shops, historical sights, metro and cafes. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean, daily service. The room would be a little compact if there were 3 guest but ideal for 2. Would definitely recommend staying there and if we return to Athens we'll be staying there again

Close to all major sites. Easy to get to from the Airport via the subway - 5 min walk. Lots of shopping and restaurants within a 10-15 min walk. Will not go hungry. The staff was very responsive to inquires and answered very quickly before we arrived and helped arrange transfers while there.

We stayed twice (at the beginning and at the end of our recent trip to Athens), and overall had a good experience. The location is excellent! It was clean and comfortable, and staff was friendly and helpful during both stays. We used them to make our airport and port transportation arrangements as well as to recommend restaurants and make reservations. The rooms were on the smaller side, but that was expected. One thing worth noting is that room location makes a difference. During our first stay, we were on Floor 1 and experienced quite a bit of street noise at night due to being in a lively area. On our second stay, we were on Floor 2, and it was noticeably quieter and much more comfortable for sleeping. Ear plugs were available in the rooms if needed.
