Staying here is inexpensive and on the coast.

We started in a large three bedroom with no view which was more expensive than the ocean view. We changed to the ocean view that was wonderful. Unfortunately the beds are not that comfortable but tolerable.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and patient with all my questions - they really went above and beyond. They also gave excellent meal recommendations. The AC was excellent, when there wasn’t a sea breeze through the balcony door. The view was magnificent and a gift to wake up to every morning! The bus stop outside the door was convenient. The room, while a little dated, was meticulously clean and comfortable.

Although there are some minor worn aspects to hotel, it was a wonderful stay! Great view, comfortable room and bed, wonderful helpful staff, seafood restaurants used by locals right on our street. Excellent experience!

AIR CONDITIONING WAS SO NICE!!!! We had a lovely view of the sea via balcony, which was perfect for watching the sunset from the comfort of our room. The hotel itself was wonderful, but the area left a bit to be desired. There isn’t much of anything to do within walking distance (considering the sweltering heat), and the beach outside is actually a no swim zone, so you still have to travel a bit if you’d like to go in. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t mind taking plenty of Ubers!

The property was excellent: location, on the Piraeus harbor, transportation, quiet at night, can see sunrise to sunset from our balcony on 5th floor (501).

Seaside hotel, a hidden gem. Especially in summer, when downtown Athens is sweltering, this is like being on a stretch of island in Athens. Balconies that look out to the sea. Old fashioned but clean rooms with good air conditioners and water pressure in shower. Great staff, nice lobby with tables to sit, a basic breakfast included and lovely seaside restaurants that are reasonably priced. I loved it.

Basic hotel with great view in a wonderful location. My shower was only a handheld, which was tricky. There is a “breakfast” but it is only cereal and coffee. For non milk drinkers, there was no breakfast.:) I thought the area was adorable and there are many food options & a grocery in walking distance. There is a fridge in the room but no coffee maker or hairdryer. I would stay here again — just with a room with a view. If you stay here, do the upgrade. Oh, swimming in the mini marina was fantastic!!!
