Such a great experience. They allowed us to check in early which was a plus. Breakfast was great and local restaurants nearby were so delicious. The pool at the crown plaza was small but nice for my two girls. Would stay again!

The room was really big, clean and comfortable. We also checked in earlier than expected which was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and the location is very good. It is so close to the metro station. Unfortunately breakfast was not included which was a big surprise because when booking Expedia listed breakfast in the description, We tried to contact Expedia from Greece but couldn't get the AI bot to help us sort it out. The 1-800 number wouldn't work either.

The room was spacious and fairly clean. The bed was comfortable and Manuel at reception was warm and always ready to assist. Checkout took a little longer than anticipated as there is a regulation regarding cash payment. A small shop just outside the hotel, provided any necessities required. I would definitely stay again, particularly due to its proximity to the convention center.
