Fantastic hotel!

It was amazing. We were a family of 5 and so we were given interconnecting rooms. We were upgraded to the acropolis view which was amazing! It’s very well located for all the sites and shopping and they have a metro station tight by the hotel which is easy to use. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

This is a stunning facility with a fantastic view of the Acropolis and next door to the National Gallery. Great location, great hotel, one of the best Hilton's I have stayed in.

Nice property. Wish the pool was open but they were doing renovations at the pool. The rooftop restaurant/bar had amazing views at night but the food at the rooftop was very pricey.

Good location and comfortable

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here. It’s centrally located and near a metro stop. I didn’t give it excellent all around because there were times we didn’t have hot water. Skip the Galaxy Restaurant & Bar unless you go for one drink to see the view of the Acropolis. It’s overpriced and the food was awful.

The hotel is perfectly fine, I would prefer carpet in the rooms especially when one wants to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the wooden floor is more noisy

Nothing unique about the property. They do not clean your room unless you request it. No free wifi in the room. Breakfast is expensive at 25 Euros per person.

Αξίζει τα λεφτά του.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά σε μετρό και με μόνο 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεσαι στο Σύνταγμα. Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό πάντα πρόθυμο να μας βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαζόταν. Πολύ καλά μέτρα κατά του covid μάσκες αντισηπτικά και σήμανση σε όλους τους κοινούς χώρους του ξενοδοχείου. Το πρωινό καταπληκτικό είχε τα πάντα. Τα δωμάτια μεγάλα άνετα καθαρά το κρεβάτι και μαξιλάρια τέλεια. το μπάνιο άνετο με είδη περιποίησης, μπανιέρα αλλά και ντουζιέρα ξεχωριστα. Υπηρεσία καθαρισμού ερχόταν μόνο αν το ζητούσες λόγω covid και πάντα αλλάγη πετσετών .Πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση. Το αρνητικό που θα έλεγα ότι υπάρχει είναι το ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο δεν παγώνει σχεδόν καθόλου ...

The property is dated and felt tired. I am sure in the past it was a very active place with many more guests, but it always felt empty with very little going on the lobby never had anyone in it except on the day we were checking out. The rooms were adequate but nothing special. The hallway carpets and furniture were very worn. The whole place needs a good update

Recommend staying here but maybe better option

Hotel is nice we have the view of the Arcopolis from the 4th floor. Note that the Arcopolis is a lot further than what the pictures show. Prob even further that what you were just thinking when I said that. Room was comfortable some lights in our room didn’t want to shut off which was weird and the bathroom has a glass that leads into the room so if you turn on the light at night it will glow. There is a curtain to block that but doesn’t block completely. Food and drinks are very very expensive 8 euros for soft drink But comfortable stay

The Hilton group has the excellent character worldwide, but when I checked in today in Athens I thought we rated the hotel less than 3 stars, no water in reception, reception not nice, bathrooms broken, I felt lonely in the hotel, group of traveling friends From the United Arab Emirates.. and I'm sorry but this time I took refuge in your group of hotels and I will try my social media

Service was excellent from the front desk team to the dining team! They paid attention to detail and were extremely courteous, professional, and thoughtful! Our room was maintained in absolute clean condition. Highly recommended stay. We will definitely return!

In-dining prices are exceptionally high compared to other international 5 star hotels. The requested deposit on check-in is also very high for no good reason. Coffee facilities in the room are basic - would have expected a nespresso machine from a 5 star hotel. Some staff are fine and others could do with a good training of customer service.
