This apartment in the old traditional neighborhood had everything we needed!! It was spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There is a washer/dryer in basement for free use along with locked storage lockers for each apartment. The owner and his wife were at our disposal for anything we needed. They responded promptly to any contact we made with them. They provided a map of Athens and had marked our locations and suggestions on where restaurants and shopping were in location to our apartment. They called a taxi for us to the airport. They thought of it all and it made for a great stay! I would definitely stay again and recommend!

Nicholas and his staff were AMAZING!! This is spacious, beautiful, quiet, easy to get to the main Athens attractions. We have been traveling awhile and needed to do laundry, they have free washer, dryer and detergent! We loved this place and wish we would have booked it for our return to Athens!

This property is fully renovated and updated. Owner is very helpful. Located away from most tourist attractions, but they are easy to get to by walking or taxi. The rooftop area is perfect to relax after enjoying your day. The laundry is free and easy to operate. Building is very secure and clean.

Perfect in every way!

Fabulous location, easy walk to all the attractions through an elegant and safe neighbourhood. The apartment is spacious, modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Guest laundry a huge bonus and Nikolas supplied detergent too. The place is so well managed and perfect! This was our second stay here and we will return!

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with climate control in each room. Very safe. Nikolas checked on us habitually. Wonderful one bedroom accommodations! Check-in was super easy. Immaculate building and apartment. Very quiet and with no outside nose at all. Includes two washers and two dryers downstairs with complimentary laundry detergent and softener. (Very nice and oh so appreciated!) This safe and secure property has been exceptionally renovated with every modern convenience needed for our stay. Air-conditioning is automated, quiet and works flawlessly! These two seasoned travelers are very impressed with this property and the owner who is a superb communicator and lives on site.

We booked this place because of the location and fair prices. And we were more than happy with the place, location, but especially the service. We were contacted on WhatsApp right before our trip by the Operators of the location. They handled everything for us including setting up a Taxi to the location. They gave us recommendations as to where we could get some great food in walking distance. Gave us a map of the area with directions and places we should go and see in walking distance as well. Even included great places to eat on those maps. We forgot our US to Euro charge adapters and they went out of their way to loan us some @ 11pm at night when we arrived. The personal touches are what made this place so amazing. It's not a hotel room as much as it's a small apartment room with everything you need including a small kitchen. It's even stocked with tea and coffee and dinnerware etc., pots and pans if you want to cook for yourself. It was meticulously clean and tidy as well and totally worth the price. They even had lockers to hold our full size luggage so we could make the most of our last day there after checking out without dragging our bags around. I only wish the beds were softer and had toppers on them. The small (twin size) mattresses on the king size frame were uncomfortable with the seam in the middle and they liked to separate. I'd suggest adding a king size topper which would hide the seam and make it more comfortable. And if you're a hot sleeper bring a fan!

Loved absolutely everything about our stay. Beds are very comfortable. Accommodations were incredibly clean and spacious for our family of four. Communication was impeccable. Location was convenient with amenities nearby. Be sure to explore the terrace!
