We took the necessary time to conduct a thorough investigation into the serious matter you brought to our attention.Upon reviewing the security camera footage from our shared spaces, we observed the following:At 09:18, you exited your room and proceeded to the breakfast area. It was evident from the footage that your spouse was wearing a watch on their wrist as you left the room.At 10:19, you returned from breakfast, and once again, your spouse's watch was visible.At 11:26, you brought your suitcases out of your room, which were handed to you by your spouse from inside the room.At 11:32, you re-entered the room with your suitcases.At 11:45, you left the room with your suitcases. In this instance, your spouse was not wearing the watch.Throughout this entire duration, no employees, be it from the housekeeping or the maintenance team, entered your room.Upon your departure, when you reported the incident with the missing watch, our front desk team urged you to return to the room for a more thorough search. However, you declined, hastening your departure.It is worth noting that the practice of delivering luggage to guest rooms before their arrival is a standard procedure in hotels of our caliber, in line with the high standards of hospitality services.It is common for guests to sometimes forget items during check-out, either in the safe or in their luggage, often not remembering their placement.
