Location was great Our room on the 3rd floor had a terrible bathroom.. WC on one side..sink in the middle and small shower..if you are tall you will nt fit in the toilet space with the door closed. The 3rd floor room(32) had a double bed a small desk area with 1 stool and coffee maker..no other chairs..the small balcony did not have a table and chairs..

How lucky we were to discover this hotel. The day manager was so wonderful and gracious. She gave us fabulous restaurant recommendations- all within walking distance that were fun and full of residents and not tourists. She went out of her way to be helpful-even helping to carry our luggage to the corner to meet Uber Athens. Our room was updated, stylish and the bed for our teenage grandson was not a pull-out but a single bed set into an alcove. A good value with caring proprietors in a great location (away from the tourist areas but only a 5 euros cab ride). A great small hotel with personal attention (and an elevator to the higher floors).

They send you an email with codes, address and information. When we got there, no staff was on the premises.. no one to ask questions too. The rooms were nice, small but clean. Area seemed good, close to restaurants and coffee shops.

The staff upgraded me for free to a larger bedroom to accommodate my arrival earlier by one-two hours. With much thanks. Appreciated Clean, modern premises. Polite reception staff. One star less for the amenities as there was no hot water in the evening of my one night stay; there was hot water the following day in the morning though.
