Great experience and location, so close to many Athens highlights. The property was clean and very spacious, great for a family to stretch out in. The front bedrooms facing the road were a bit noisy, but the back bedrooms were quiet. Highly recommend this property!

A great package for a family or group travel. Whether you want to dine or drink out, or you want to cook in, this is perfect for either. The apartment itself was very clean and the space was generous. It was also wonderfully located and we walked to Parthenon, Acropolis museum and through Plaka neighbourhood

This was our last stop in Greece and was the best place we stayed. It was spacious and comfortable -- plenty of places to lounge and hang out after a long day of exploring around the city. The staff was also incredibly helpful and responsive. We ran into some challenges with getting the documentation for our negative covid tests due to the language barriere. The staff called on our behalf and helped us figure out the next steps we needed to take. It was truly some of the best service I've received while staying abroad. Would stay again in a heart beat.

The property is gorgeous, spacious, comfortable and family oriented . The owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating and are there to help at all hours of the day for any added excursions or needs you may have. The location was great within a few minutes walking from the Acropolis and the Plaka. If coming with a group or family this is the place for you.

This spacious and stylish apartment was perfect for our traveling family. Located less than five minutes walk from the Acropolis and the Athens’ Plaka neighborhood, it puts you right where you want to be for a quick city break. The apartment is very spacious and clean. One could tell a lot of thought was put behind the design of the apartment. It was truly perfect for our family of 5. Your staff welcomed us on arrival. However, during our departure, there was no one to help us with our lugguages. It would be appreciated if someone could hlep us too as usually you end up with more bags on departure with the shopping etc.The front rooms are abit noisy, maybe could double-glazed the windows.Would be great to have a rice cooker and some sauce pans.

A Gem near Temple of Zeus and the Acropolis
Great location within walking distance of Acropolis. Beautiful and large 3 bedroom apartment. It was spotless and John was so very accommodating. He arranged for our transfers from airport and then to the ferry. George met us at the apartment and he explained everything including showing us the gorgeous rooftop view. I only wish we had the time to stay longer than one night. I would definitely stay there again and I will recommend it to others traveling to Athens. Can’t wait to return!

Setting aside the sublime interior, which has already received a slate of positive remarks, I want to focus on the fantastic service we received from the hosts. Bill and John recently hired a new individual named George to see after the guests. He prearranged travel from the Athens airport for my family and ensured that the car was substantial enough for our needs. Afterward, he arrived on time at the property and led us to the roof where we took pictures with the Acropolis in the distance. Before departing, he provided his number and a map of the city, which he outlined with great detail so we could go on auto-pilot while walking around the narrow streets. There is no doubt in my mind that the Acropolis Exclusive Residence is one of the best places to stay in Athens, and perhaps in Greece overall.

The property is in a very good position very near the Acropolis [less than 5 minute walk]. The area is nice with some good restaurants and doesn't seem as busy as other parts of the city that we visited. The Plaka was very close and it wasn't too far to the Roman Agora etc, all walkable in a few minutes. The property is furnished to a high standard with good wifi and Netflix. Although near the road we didn't really notice any noise or exhaust fumes. The owners were very helpful and communicated well. If I returned to Athens I would try to come back to this property as it is was perfect for our needs [a family of four with a 17 & 19 year old].

Clean and Beautiful
The Superior Apartment is very large giving families a lot of space to spread-out. We confirmed check-in time the day before, but we did have to wait about 15 minutes for Alex to arrive. Fortunately, the housekeeping staff were just leaving, so they called him for us. I was a bit apprehensive if he was going to show; once he did, it was smooth sailing. Being there for just two nights, we did not use much of the facilities. There are 2.5 bathrooms (1 has a huge shower, the other has a corner shower with hand-held shower head you can mount). The facilities were extremely clean and there were plenty of high-end towels. The only issue we had was the lack of hot water... there must be some switch you have to turn on, but we were not made aware of it. The bedrooms are large and quiet (even though they overlook a very busy street). The beds are very comfortable and are fitted with nice linens. There is a safe in each room along with good closet space. All bedrooms had a TV. The living room is a great size, comfortable sofas, and access to large TV with Netflix. Check-out was simple (we tidied up, put the keys on the dining room table, and shut the door). Getting to/from the 2nd floor apartment and the street was OK with elevator (the stairs were extremely dark though- no motion sensor to activate lights) so it was a bit dangerous taking the steps. The location is within a stone's throw of the Acropolis (we liked Syntagma Square area). Book it - you will love the place.

This is a super beautiful place at the heart of Athens. The unit itself is sooo nice, kids would rather stay inside & watch netfilx than explore the neighborhood. The rooftop gives you picture perfect view of Parthenon & Temple of Zeus. Plush beddings, bathroom essentials and washer/dryer are included. A great plus is that it is just walking distance to everywhere - Plaka, Temple of Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch, Acropolis, Agora. The owners were also helpful & they respond to our questions fast. Definitely a good find...

We stumbled upon this location at the last minute and it was heaven sent!! The amenities, location and service we received from our host John of 'Bill and John' was 5 star all the way. Would highly recommend it. It is centrally located with a view of the Temple of Zeus.

This residence is spectacular! The host arranged for transportation from the airport when we arrived and to the port for our departure (there is a fee for this but it is stress free and worth it). We were able to check in early. The host provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing activities. Hands down the restaurants recommended were the best we experienced in our 10 day Greek vacation. The property is centrally located and shops and sights are just around the corner (literally). We were a family of five with three adults and two children, and truly enjoyed our stay at the exclusive residence. Our daughters loved the bedroom with two beds and a beautiful closet. We enjoyed having three bedrooms and two and a half baths with a kitchen. The decor and amenities throughout the residence were generous (smart tv, games, maps, guide books, and new appliances and decor throughout). The host provided complementary Espresso, apples, bottles of water, toiletries, and dishwashing and laundry amenities. We enjoyed our stay so much and missed the clean, sleek residence through the remainder of our visit to Greece. Definitely highly !

Couldn’t ask for a better location, nicer property or better service. Alex went out of his way to make us comfortable and help make this a memorable stay. I’d stay here anytime I’m in Athens!

Excellent apartment right next to Acropolis museum
Centrally located and very well equipped spacious 3BR apartment, with comfortable beds in a charming old building with an old style elevator. Check in took a brief wait of 5-7 mins when we arrived and someone from the property arrived with the key. The rooftop (accessed by pretty narrow fire exit stairs from the rear of the kitchen) has an amazing view of the Temple of Zeus and Hadrian’s Arch and a view on the other side of the Acropolis. The location is perfect, we did not have to use any cabs to roam around in the city centre. Highly recommended to families or larger groups looking for comfortable and high quality accommodation right in the heart of the city.
