We had a wonderful stay in this stunning apartment. The space itself was beautifully presented, comfortable, and felt like a real home away from home. The location was absolutely brilliant — within easy walking distance of shops, public transport, and all the main local sights, which made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable.
The only slight downside for us was the location of our room (the Elixir room), which is very close to a bar that stays open until around 5am. Even as someone used to living in a busy city centre, the late-night music and constant chatter did make it difficult to sleep. This was then followed by the local church bells ringing just before 7am.
That said, this wouldn’t necessarily be an issue for everyone, and overall it’s a fantastic place to stay in a superb location. We would happily return — perhaps just opting for a room further away from the bar next time.
