"We booked a family room, which was on the second floor. What was not clear from the description is that the ceiling there is really really low so that you can actually stand only in certain areas and the risk of hitting your head is very high. The other problem was that the staff, although very kind and ready to help, did not undersrand nor speak a single word in any other language apart from Turkish, which made ommunication a bit of a challenge.The restaurant was really good."

Les 2 gérants sont très à l'écoute et font tout pour vous satisfaire. "This is an apart room above a bar with the same name. There were 2 other rooms on the first floor. We stayed 3 people family in front facing room which was around 30 m2 with a nice balcony and a bathroom. it must have been recently and tastefully built as it looked new. The towels were very new and clean. It is very centrally located in Urla, it can`t be any central than this. It is surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops, so pretty noisy. It is like 20m to the pedestrian only streets. But during our 2 night stay the noise outside did not bother us, the AC worked well, and the windows did block most of the noise. Car park is a problem, we were able to park on the street which was a bit chaotic -dusty street with construction everywhere but it was ok. We were told there were near by parking areas, but we managed without it. As for improvements, the room did not have any hangers, the 3rd bed was a bit noisy when you moved. There was only one trash can in the bathroom next to toilet, but not in the room. There was no TV (they probably thought you should not be watching TV with everything going on around you). You could also hear the other room`s doors open-and close clearly, but we did not hear anything other than that. Finally the outside door did not have any locks, although the property had cameras in the corridors. Overall, the location and condition of Pietra was great and it was definitely good value for the money. We would stay here again for sure."
