"Best location in Aswan. We have stayed here several times before. Top of the town and on the Nile. Quiet and tranquil. Upgraded to a Junior Suite. Great view and spacious. Management also allowed my cousin (who mistakenly booked the wrong hotel) to use the poolside with us after his trips. So, thank you. Unfortunately, some services could be better. I had to clean the balcony chairs from a layer of dust before use. No pool attendant or towels until after 10 am, and pool snacks always arrive cold. However, the guest relations managers (Monika and Sarah) were superb with us, and the General Manager Mr. Mohamed
Ragab was an excellent host. I am confident that these small issues will be resolved to make our next stay even better. God willing, see you soon. Thank you. "
