Riviera Puerto Hotel Asunción is listed as a 3 star hotel, but if you expect 3 star level you will be disappointed. Room was very small, mattress needs changing, no place to hang anything, no bedside tables... Small bathroom, no shower curtain so everything gets wet, no doorknob - closing with finger in the hole. Only ventilation is a small window to public corridor. And breakfast was a total disappointment if you compare to photos in the expedia listing. They only had bread, butter and tiny cups of jam, but 3 out of our 5 days they didn't even put out any cutlery. No towels - had to ask. No toilet tissue - had to ask (gave only half a roll, so two days later had to ask again) No housekeeping during 5 night stay. The area of hotel was dirty (not hotels fault), but did not feel unsafe. The location is good for visiting San Jeronimo area and the historic center.

There is a cockroaches inside the room. The bathroom didn't have a protective box, and it was flooding the bathroom and the bedroom with water that spilled everywhere. The squeegee was almost breaking, and it hurts my hand to clean the floor due to the abundance of water. Breakfast is a scam. The advertisement said one thing, but in reality it was less than what was offered and every day the same thing.

Café da manhã sem opções , pão de forma cortado em quatro partes com manteiga muito ruim, a cama não era ruim , mas o cheiro dos quartos por excesso de aromatizante dava dor de cabeça , para esconder o mofo dos quartos ( com umidades aparentes) a porta do banheiro não fechava e enquanto tomávamos banho precisava puxar com todo para não inundar o quarto!!! Péssima experiência , no quarto ao lado da minha amiga por duas vezes achou baratinha na cama e no banheiro...... Acho que nem preciso dizer mais nada . Falta investimento do proprietário para tornar o hotel habitável!

Lugar velho acho que nos deram o pior quarto, a porta do banheiro deslizante pensei que iria cair ao abrir e fechar. Colchão menor que o box, chão rustico horroroso acabamento pesdimo, estrutura pessima. Box de banheiro sem cortina, não tinha cabides paraperndurar roupas, pia sem apoio para colocar objetos pessoais. No quarto tv velha com imagem apagada. Café da manhã pobre e no quarto tinha pernelongos.

Hospedagem barata em bairro simples mas seguro

Limpeza do quarto bem básica, o hotel e café da manhã bem simples. Cama confortável, ar condicionado bom, água do chuveiro bem quente e gostosa, recepção funcionários educados, o hotel cheiroso o tempo todo. Wi-fi fraco ficava saindo o tempo todo. TV boa. No geral a estadia foi boa.

This hotel is located in a very dodgy area, but close to the historical Centre This is the only time I’ve considered moving to another hotel for my safety However, nothing untoward happened The mattress was stained and I am extremely glad I don’t have bedbugs. Overall, this was not a good experience

Quarto pequeno com cheiro de mofo, banheiro nao tem box e molha tudo, nao tem nenhum tapete para secar, nem toalha é fornecida. A roupa de cama parece que nao é trocada, tinha muitos fios de cabelo no lençol e manta. O cafe da manha diferente do anunciado nas fotos. O ponto positivo é ficar proximo do centro e comhecer tudo a pé.
