Tienes que subir algunas escaleras pero nada grave. Todo muy bien a nivel calidad precio! 」

「The hotel was nothing short of beautiful.The receptionist was very accomidating, nice and helpfull. We had a delicious dinner at the hotel resturant, and on top of the tasty dinner with unique dishes of the area, staying at the hotel will earn you a 10 percent discount at the resturant. The river right next to the hotel was a great and fun place to hangout with family and their was a very easy access to it through the hotel. Would definently recomend a stay here.」

「This is a lovely historic hotel. The jacuzzi in the room was fantastic. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Just be aware that the code for entry does not activate until 3pm check in time. Lots of restaurants nearby.」

「Everything was fine until three days later my daughter(an 8-year-old) and I were packing to check out and we found an old paper bag with her toys was gone. They insisted they didn't mistake it as trash and accidentally threw it away. And I was quite sure we had it when checking into the hotel because the first day in Badajoz I shopped some clothes for me and my daughter and came back to the hotel, putting a new paper bag into it. So since I couldn't do anything and the situation was not...

「El apartamento es muy bonito, limpio, acogedor y las instalaciones son preciosas. Me ha gustado mucho, lastima que no hemos podido disfrutar mucho de la estancia por otras circunstancias. Pero si vuelvo a Elvas, sin duda volvería a este sitio.」
