「Bonjour, comme échangé avec vous nous avons été surpris que notre paiement n'ait pas été communiqué à l'hotel ce qui nous amis dans une situation désagréable de devoir justifier le prélevement. Reponse de l'hotel nous n'avons pas de contrat avec hotel.com et Expedia. Première surprise. deuxième surprise , ils nous ont demandé de repayer une deuxième fois ce qu'on a refusé et de vous demander le remboursement. Le responsable Accor de cote d'ivoire et le responsable de l'hotel n'ont vraiment pas...

「The whole place was incredible - a boutique oasis. All staff were super helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is provided, but also evening meals cooked to order (for extra cost). Bed sooooooooo comfy. 」

「Yes, everyghing was great. From the clean room tk the staff and amenities and the landscape. The only thing i found a little less exciting was the breakfast, that could have been a little better with some healthy brown bread, cheese and nuts, etc... but overall, excellent place to stay. After tenovatikn it will become more shinning and stunning.」

「I went there with my family on 2021, the experience was so amazing we thought we should do it again. For $72/night for 3 nights we had a duty room. My wife sneezed all night the first night. The night property manager is absolutely not friendly. 2021, they would knock at the door in the the morning to ler us know breakfast is served, this time they did it once. Room service came in once, we never seen her again. I guess that we got what we paid for.」

「Que dire... inacceptable à ce tarif !! Les chambres sont trés bryuantes, juste au dessus d un bar/disco avec musique jusque 3h du matin. Le fenetres ferment mal. Les photos ne correpondent pas à la réalité, le restaurant et le bar inexistants, la propreté de la piscine laisse à désirer, le bain à remous n est pas en état, la sauna est rempli du materiel de nettoyage de piscine. Le seul point positif, le personnel symp. Bref à éviter !!」
