Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

O hotel estava fechado, não recebia hóspedes.

Cheguei no início da noite no hotel e fui comunicado que o hotel estava fechado e que não estava recebendo hóspedes. Então me vi na situação de ter que procurar um hotel à noite, sem conhecer nada da cidade de Assis. Com isso só conseguimos jantar quase dez horas da noite num pequeno restaurante que ainda não tinha fechado. Um transtorno horrível.
