"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite. Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely. They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response. "Loved this hotel! Rooms were larger than expected, staff was so friendly from the front desk to the kitchen, and location was perfect. Whatever you need during your stay, they got you. The jacuzzi pool was also relaxing. Nothing negative to say! Food was excellent too."
