"Nice Hyatt in a convenient area of town! Several of the touted restaurants nearby have closed, as it seems Belmar no longer draws shopping and dining crowds. We were happy with the comfortable suite and easy parking across from a Target."

"When I asked for water at the check-out counter, the staff member dismissively pointed toward the gym, even though there was a water jar sitting right in front of him. He flat-out said he didn’t want to refill it. There was no one else waiting behind my family, so it’s not like he was busy. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable and shows zero respect for guests."
