"I can't say enough good things about this hotel, very clean, but still a cave with air conditioning which is rare. The staff are amazing and very friendly who want to make the stay magical. We arranged tours and transfers with them and when a balloon tour was cancelled, they jump through hoops to ensure we got our money's worth with another 2 tours. "Spent 3 wonderful nights at this hotel. Service was above and beyond great. Emin, the owner was fantastic and helped us with anything we needed. The hotel is in great condition, very clean and very nice overall. The breakfast was fantastic! The hotel is a very short walk to the center of Urgup.
